1 Star is also too much, i wish there could be -10 rating
since 4 days these people are sending fake messages that we were at your place and your parcel is returned because no one was available, but i have CCTV footage of these 4 days where no one turned up to my doorstep to deliver the package
Fake services, lairs they are sending messages whether u need the parcel guys first come to do delivery attempt then send messages besides the DC manager number which they send 9328295715 is always switched off.
Never ever get your parcels delivered from here it won't reach their destination.

Very worst service. My product reached their hub before 3 days. Not yet delivered. Tried to call the delivery agent . He rudely replied. Very very worst unprofessional service. They should close their services. Waste

Worsttttttt ever experience this is the first I am facing issue with my delivery because of this ecom express, they just keep on postponding your delivery and never responds to your call. Please be aware before placing order and check the department.

Very poor performance, if such kind of work is to be done, the company should be shut down so that another company can benefit. Even the service center number of the company is not getting any kind of response.

This is one of the worst service provided , I am surprised how they are getting customer. Once some one experienced their service no one else would dare to go back. These guys don't care about delivering items ontime ... They keep packages in office for longer duration without attempting for delivery .. still will blame customer saying customer is not reachable

The worstever logistics I seen in my locality from past 5 years. Always commitment will be broken and the finally consignment will be returned. They have their own reason for not delivering and returning. Very very disgusting & frustrating with these people. Zero response from the Customer care when you report issue.

I ordered medicine from Tata 1mg , on same address I have received more than 50 times but today agent only called once Reported that he was not able to get address this is just ridiculous, showing mis management. Surprised to see why Tata 1mg is having suc delivery partner

Unreliable, undelivered, fake updates on the site, marking delivery as refused by customers without contacting customers. There is customer service only ivr updates, no human to speak my parcel was booed on 14th February 2025 and today is 27th Feb2025 my parcel is with ecom express at my local area delivery hub since 19th February 2025 till today received messages in morning stating it will be delivered today kindly contact dc manager for delivery Dc manager
no 8919602472 called almost 30 times but didn't answer a single call and was marked as customer denied delivery on 19th February 2025, 2nd message received on 25th February 2025 at 10:30 am called the no of dc manager 7601068299 mentioned in the message called the guy at 2:19 pm and said it will be delivered today, waited till 6:40pm called the guy said 1 hour I will be delivered in 1 hour at 6:45pm I received a message stating they unable to deliver as I requested for open delivery. I called the same no at 7:48pm since then there is no answer or a call back till today

One of the worst courier service in the world. I ordered medicine in tata1mg. I do not know how this Tata1mg has selected ecom express as their courier partner. The medicines I ordered was sent by ecom express on 14th from bangalore and reached destination - coimbatore only on 17th to their delivery centre. Since then it is lying there with status reached de;livery centre. I request tata1mg to change their courier partner immediately otherwise the medicines will not reach the patients in times. By the time it reaches from ecom express the patients will not be alive at all to receive / take the medicines.

The service is very bad. I am an online seller of Ecom Express, a place near Mumbai, Bhiwandi (Thane district), Maharashtra, whose pin code is 421302. The service here was always bad, but it has become very bad since a year. The sellers of the entire Bhiwandi city are worried: They do not give return shipments for the entire Bhiwandi city and on the contrary, they complain to the company about the seller that we are not available at the shop or the shop is closed, while this is a complete lie and an accusation against the online seller: And you and the Ecom Express office put the shipment in the delivery tab without giving the return or even put it in the disposal tab. This has happened to many sellers and I do not know how long it will last.

My business is open 24/7. Every day they say nobody home. Day after day they fail to deliver, and lie about it.

i am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by Ecom Express My package was delayed by 5 days without any clear updates or communication. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I received vague responses and no resolution.

Last time I am extremely disappointed with the rude and unprofessional attitude of the delivery boy Not only was he late with the delivery, but he was also disrespectful when I inquired about the delay. Instead of providing a proper explanation, he spoke rudely and showed no sense of responsibility.

I would not recommend this service to anyone who values timely and safe delivery of their items. A major improvement in customer service, tracking, and package handling is urgently needed.
