I’ve been purchasing from Eco Modern Essentials for the past 4 years, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Over that time, I’ve bought three diffusers, countless essential oils, carrier oils, perfumes and other products, and the quality has always been absolutely superb.

Their essential oil blends are some of my favourites, and their perfumes are beautiful, unique and long-lasting. Every product feels thoughtfully made and consistently delivers on quality.

Their service is also exceptional. Orders are always processed quickly and reliably, and their customer service team goes above and beyond. A special shoutout to France for being so helpful, friendly and providing such outstanding support.

I purchased a diffuser in Oct , it has already broken. I contacted the company and they promised me the refund had been applied , it hadn’t ! I had to email them to chase and they told me there was an error and they will do immediately , this still hasn’t been done , i am frustrated by this as a diffuser should not break this quickly. Video evidence of it shutting down after a few seconds has been sent to them .

Spam EOFY SMS 7pm Sunday long weekend. Very, very annoying. I have never been a customer.

Good essential oil company based in Australia, I use these along side doterra & young living. Been using their oils for a few years now and love them!
They have really good frequent sales and also a Facebook group you can join to get lots of diy’s from.
I haven’t had many problems with them but on the odd occasion I do their customer service has always been really good
