We hebben met EcomTraffic samengewerkt voor het volledige design en de development van onze nieuwe Finex-website en zijn ontzettend blij met zowel het resultaat als de samenwerking.

Vanaf het begin werd er goed meegedacht over hoe we onze nieuwe branding konden vertalen naar een website die niet alleen sterk oogt, maar ook volledig gericht is op e-commerce en conversie. Wat voor ons vooral opviel, was de snelle en persoonlijke communicatie. De lijntjes waren altijd kort, er werd snel geschakeld en er werd direct meegedacht in oplossingen.

Daarnaast zijn ze gewoon ontzettend goed in zowel design als development. Richting onze launch kwamen er vanuit onze kant nog behoorlijk wat wijzigingen en extra wensen bij, maar ook daarin werd snel gehandeld.

Uiteindelijk is de volledige development vanaf het definitieve design in slechts een paar werkdagen gerealiseerd.

Ook tijdens de laatste dagen voor de launch stonden de lijntjes continu open en werd er hard gewerkt om alles op tijd goed te krijgen. Precies de manier van samenwerken die wij zochten.

Super tevreden met het eindresultaat en zeker niet de laatste keer dat we met EcomTraffic samenwerken.

Okay here me out, here is a real, honest review of Ecomtraffic. Their way of working, their qualities and things that could improve. It might be a long one but getting the full picture is good on making a decision.

Getting started with these guys was exciting especially seeing the results they drove for their other clients. I've been with Ecomtraffic now for almost a year and have experienced a lot, ups and downs. At first they delivered a new renovated website which increased my conversion from a steady 2.5% to a steady 3-3,3%. So I was very pleased with that, but to do a good job, you continuously need to do a good job. I value communication A LOT, even when things go south, just communicate that things are going to take longer. After the website I started with a certain team within EcomTraffic but didn't have the feeling much happend or got changed.

Then I got put onto a new team, communication improved but the point of CRO is to continuously increase certain metrics, AOV, CTR, different offers. The team that I was working with was not cutting it and I was about to stop working with them, but I always had hope and a feeling that things could turn around. It took some time and patience and after a serious call expressing my frustration, the founders took it really serious. A big plus, for being understanding and actually thinking with us.

Now if the last two months were as good as last year, this would have immediately been a 5-stars. It got put onto another team and they are absolutely cooking. Because the last two months they have done more and showed their real quality of why I initially decided to work with these guys. We've put some serious goals this year and I have utmost trust that we're going to hit this with the new team and as of right now, I can definitely recommend Ecomtraffic.

Why then not 5 stars (yet)? Just because of the bumpy ride last year, but if things continue like this for the coming year, that will def change to a 5-stars so keep it up!

Goede performance, snelle communicatie en proactief.

We hebben met Ecom Traffic samengewerkt voor meerdere landing pages en ik ben super tevreden over het resultaat. Het team schakelt snel, denkt strategisch mee in de opbouw en weet precies hoe design en conversie samenkomen. De communicatie is helder, deadlines worden gehaald en de pagina’s presteren goed. Echt een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een partner die begrijpt hoe je online verkoopt.

Mijn ervaring met EcomTraffic was ronduit teleurstellend. Ze doen grote beloften, maar leveren vervolgens werk af dat ver onder de maat is. In mijn geval hebben hun fouten direct geleid tot tienduizenden euro’s aan misgelopen omzet en CTA’s die niet eens werkten. Dat zijn geen kleine missers, dat is simpelweg gebrek aan professionaliteit.

Wat het nog frustrerender maakt, is hoe ze omgaan met verantwoordelijkheid. In ons ondertekende contract staat zwart-op-wit dat ze binnen drie maanden minimaal twintig procent omzetgroei per sessie zouden realiseren, of anders het volledige projectbedrag terugstorten. Toen die resultaten totaal niet gehaald werden, heb ik ze gevraagd zich aan hun eigen contract te houden. In plaats daarvan verschuilen ze zich achter kleine lettertjes en negeren ze de expliciete afspraak die we hebben gemaakt. Juridisch is dat niet eens verdedigbaar, maar alsnog weigeren ze elke vorm van accountability.

Na gesprekken met anderen blijkt dit allesbehalve een incident te zijn. Iedereen die ik heb gesproken en die met EcomTraffic werkte, zegt hetzelfde: spijt. Beloftes die niet worden waargemaakt, tegenvallende resultaten en geen enkele bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen wanneer het misgaat.

Mijn conclusie is simpel: ik zou niemand aanraden om met EcomTraffic samen te werken. Mijn ervaring was slecht, frustrerend en kostbaar, en ik gun niemand dezelfde teleurstelling.
