Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care Avaliações

Had appt for 11 AM. to have a leak in my tire checked/fixed.
Arrived on time.
At 11:40 I was still waiting.
I found out my car was never even looked at.
Man told me that they were short on people.
question 1. why didn't they tell me when I checked in? I would have come back another time.
2. what good was the appt in the first place.

Great service, upfront about issues and fixes, and friendly staff.

Making an appointment online is so convenient and saves time. The staff here are very thorough, kind, and helpful. I don't know anything about cars and they always explained everything so well. The videos they send are great too, because you can see exact what they're doing/talking about with your own eyes.

Excellent very clean and efficient

Dropped off at 11, waiting for call to come back.

Easy on-line appointment making. Kind and attentive staff when checking in. Timely service.

Review should come after servicing instead of before just to confirm the appointment. A little backwards in my opinion.

So friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure coming here.

Ease of online appt, got the tires we wanted at the price we wanted

Everything from scheduling on line and selecting tires to payment and the service were seamless. Great job!
