You cabt ask for better…

UPDATE Ed Hardy have been absolutely fantastic in rectifying this and have issued a full refund despite me having recieved one of the items. Offered an apology for the delay. You cant ask for more than that. Excellent comminication. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed having recieved only one of three items in a delivery stating that all three items were within the package. It was very clear that the package had been tampered with. I followed Ed Hardy process and raised a fraud case online of which I was to wait for 30 days for a response. That has surpassed and.. nothing! No telephone number to contact to try to get issue resolved. Disappointed to say the least.

Great experience

Had a problem with an item and they responded the same day. I could get my money back or a new one and I wanted a new one. Got it a couple days later. Products look and feel amazing.

If I could give this company a negative…

If I could give this company a negative star review I would. Charged my card but no info on my order, when it will ship, if it’s going to ship, no tracking number, NOTHING. I have used their customer service form to fill out, email them directly, reached out on Facebook, all to no avail. They are completely unresponsive. I guess they’re okay with taking your money and no follow through on their end.

A large portion of my mom’s Christmas…

A large portion of my mom’s Christmas order a couple hundred dollars worth of items was missing when it arrived. She has emailed customer service multiple times regarding this situation only to find no response, despite their site claiming replies within 48 hours. Weeks later, there has still been no communication or resolution. Extremely disappointing customer service be cautious when ordering.

Absolutely horrendous stay clear

Absolute terrible site
waited for nearly 2 weeks for a pair of jeans to come back in stock trying relentlessly every minute of the day refreshing page, when they did come back in stock I purchased straight away, it was only after a few days I noticed my tracking status wasn't moving anymore so I had to reach out to find out what was going on, to only be fed some spin of lies about its been damaged (a pair of jeans damaged 😂) try to say a burst pipe , really most things are in plastic wrap, absolute no help whatsoever no other option to only refund, so 4 days before Christmas my daughters main present she wont have, the inconvenience and unnecessary stress is abysmal to say the least let alone the shocking poor customer service
the truth that they will never admit is that they gave my order to another person who completed the order after mine.

Hi Laura,

I'm sorry to hear you feel like we have lied to you, but we've been nothing but honest with you about what has happened at our warehouse and how some of our stock has been affected. We could have lied and just said we oversold, but we believe in honesty with all our customers and try to offer solutions as we did with you, by seeing if there was an alternative pair you'd like us to send instead of refunding your order.

Our items are in plastic bags, but they have the small breather holes which you'll find in most plastic bags, which has allowed water to enter and damage the denim, causing the colour to run from the denim all over the patterns and make the denim stiff and unfit for purpose, so we have had to dispose of this stock.

We didn't give your order to anyone else, as you aren't the only customer that has been affected by this, and we have unfortunately had to cancel and refund other orders because of this issue.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Bought a skirt for my daughter which I decided to return as it doesn’t fit her. Been trying to contact customer service for the last 2 weeks as there was no return label and returns form, no luck. How do I return the item???

Would’ve given zero star if there was an option!!!!

Clearly not on top of things

Ordered 3 items during black Friday week. Five days later got a message one of them is refunded, no apology. Two weeks later still no parcel delivered, instead received another email and another item refunded, no apology, no explanations. Not great a week before Christmas. Is the final item ever going to arrive?

Very poor return experience

Very poor return experience, that is not free at all.
The clothes took over 2.5 weeks to arrive and they are way oversize for 32 waist. They now charge me for returns. Do not recommend at all.
