This Webinar was extremely informative throughout. It not only highlighted areas that could impact our well-being, he also gave practical manageable steps to help improve your overall well-being. This webinar was extremely insightful and He allowed me to reflect and motivated me to really look at ways that I could improve my health, mindset, and thoughts. There probably could possibly be more interaction or exercises like at the start throughout, my only small suggestion. However overall a really fantastic webinar which many will benefit from, I would so recommend it.

Really good webinar, well paced, great content and well delivered. The only thing I would have preferred would be to do the mini meditation exercise towards the end

I have done this seminar twice now and both times I learnt something new particularly around my own fears and it's helped me to reflect a lot, I do highly recommend Ezra's seminars, he's very intuitive and passionate about his prospects and you can feel it in his delivery.

My team and I attended the Understanding Anxiety Webinar. We found the session interactive, informative and enjoyable. Ezra was approachable and engaging. After the session the team fed back to express how useful they found it, some were even able to apply some of the content when supporting customers that afternoon. I attended Ezra’s POW webinar this week and have in the past listened to some of his webinars on YouTube. The webinar was interactive with the use of breakout rooms and his knowledge of the topics he addresses is exceptional. It helped to change my mindset, focus on self development and set goals for 2021. I would recommend anyone looking for personal development and much more to attend Ezra’s webinars and subscribe to his YouTube channel. Thank you Ezra!

Attended Ezra's 'Positivity Over Worry' seminar earlier this week. Ezra was passionate, knowledgable and engaging. I have a terrible attention span and he managed to keep me engaged the whole time. There was a good mix of breakout rooms, chat function on zoom, group discussions and Ezra speaking. The course content was also very relevant and useful and I feel that I have left with a good self care reminder and some tools to help with this. If you are thinking of enrolling on one of Ezra's courses, I recommend that you do!

I had been to one of Ezra's webinars before and he really engaged with us and I just knew I had to attend this POW session when I was invited.

Simply phenomenal! I was and am still talking about the words of wisdom and tailored look at how we approach self wellbeing. Ezra was exceptional and it what he provided regarding worrying and letting certain things (or people) go, gave me the kick start I needed for 2021.

I have experienced two of Ezra’s webinars and I must say they were both excellent. Both webinars were insightful, well organised and is full of practical nuggets of wisdom. There was no waffling whatsoever and the action steps were very evident throughout the webinar. Based on my second experience, I have decided to work on a one on one basis with Ezra, I am really looking forward to our sessions.

I attended Ezra’s ‘Exploring Anxiety’ webinar and throughly enjoyed the session. Not only was the webinar informative and thought provoking but equally had lots of involvement which made the session very worthwhile.
The content very much helped me on a personal level and equally in my HR role when supporting colleagues so covers a broad range of needs for people considering joining the session in the future.
Ezra is a natural trainer, the content was well thought out and engaging with lots of opportunities for self reflection. I would 100% recommend and look forward to any future sessions.

It was worth dedicating the time to listen to Ezra's seven part series on 'Living your Best Life'.
From 'Laying the Foundations' to 'Self Mastery' ,it had all the right tools for you look at yourself, strengthen your mind, find your purpose and passion, build resilience, operate out of courage, know your values and set goals, and develop yourself to lead were the key elements of this series.
I felt lucky to have been part of this and I will focus on each segment over time to remind myself that living your best life is all down to 'you'.
In addition, the content was wonderfully structured and easy to follow with visuals and memorable quotes...

Great workshop. Very informative

'Healthy Me' webinar was extremely helpful and relative to me. I will definitely take away and use some of the suggestions- Mindfulness exercises.

I coordinate a befriending scheme for people who have experienced homelessness. Pre-pandemic, Ezra has delivered excellent interactive training sessions for our volunteers on Motivational Interviewing and Exploring Addictions. I asked him if he could deliver training on bereavement, and he created a bespoke 1-hour Zoom training session on Dealing with Loss. As ever he spoke engagingly, with real insight. The content was informative and helped me understand my own experiences and processes, including in relation to Covid-19. Visually, the presentation was vibrant and varied, with pictures and diagrams conveying the process of dealing with loss. There was the opportunity to share our experiences, and it was a very valuable session.

This was a GREAT seminar! Ezra has a real passion for sharing his knowledge which is based in a solid foundation of prior experience working in a number of roles. Ezra is really enthusiastic and friendly and conveys an authentic message that comes across very genuinely. I look forward to implementing some of his suggestions. The seminar was excellent value - I have paid 10 x that amount for content that was not as good. I would definitely recommend working with Ezra.
