Quick, helpful and clear responses
Sarah was extremely helpful and clear with instructions on how to use the product. And when I accidentally brought the wrong item, Liam was able to quickly fix the problem at their expense! 10/10 would recommend 😊

An outstanding service provided
After much consideration purchased Windows 11 Pro. The price was extremely reasonable, so did have reservations. But I was wrong.
On attempting to install it, I encountered problems.I contacted customer services and received a prompt reply. I explained that I wasn't computer savvy, and didn't fully understand the initial response I received.
Liam was extremely kind and informative, he explained how to install the programme with simple steps. Within minutes of following his instructions, the programme was activated.
I would like to thank Liam for his kindness and assistance. I now have a functioning programme, which was activated with the minimum of stress
This is a trustworthy company, who provide prompt technical support...if like me you are a technophobe and may require additional assistance.
I will definitely be using this company for any computer related purchases in the future.
