Education World is a fantastic company to work with, it's always a pleasure dealing with James, who ensures the service provided is tailored/personal and the right solution is always found for our nursery.

Education world is useable, flexible and necessary.

Using this service has helped me to support my current team, providing temporary staff who are competent in maintaining the standards we expect.

Competent agency staff uplift the current team and demonstrate good practice that can improve provision on the whole.

From a nursery managers point of view, having a good relationship with an Agency Service and finally having the willingness to include qualified agency staff in the nursery business has indicated to the team as a whole that standards will be maintained even at a cost.
