I do not recommend this agency, they lie to you on the phone that everything is free, they tell you to come to their office and there the situation changes and nothing is free anymore.

My advice is to never give your documents until you check the agency.

People who work in education or have an agency must have studies in education, not just a limited company. If you don't have studies in education, how is it possible for you to send other people in education, what advice do you give them if you don't even know for yourself.

The people in the agency, including the owner, do not have a Degree, Master's Degree, training in education, but they give advice in education, very interesting.

Mandatory, both employees and the owner must have a minimum of knowledge in:

The UK education system
Preparing students for a UK education
Student experience
Values and ethics
Visas and immigration
Post-study options

I went to this agency out of curiosity, and they knew nothing about education, everything what told me was aberrant, he had the courage to ask for money.

Amazing experience I had with Ramona, she is very qualified and serious about any doubt that I had, everything working amazing and no issue about any concern, no fee or anything like that i never hear her about any kind of these things including money, everything was running fine and i truly recommend her for this important step in your future!

I called this agency and a person named Ramona Tudora answered and promised me that if I paid a commission she would help me and enroll me in the university.
I do not recommend the commission at this agency, it is very high, even if I do not know English well, this agency should not ask for a commission.

If I refused and said that I don't pay, I was told on the phone that she has no obligation to work for me for free, that if she doesn't find a university that accepts me with my English, she is wasting her time.

My advice is don't contact this agency or other agencies and if you want to study and you know English, try to find Universities directly because they don't ask for money even if you don't know English, try to find directly Universities because they have free English courses.
