25/06/2026 - FINAL UPDATE : the provider has given proof of initiative and we came to resolution, with full refund by his own initiative. Verified personal challenges have caused the business disruptions described below.
A personal note to this experience, although business should stay business, at times our family life requires us to step back and I finally realised that is what happened and why the experience with Eesti went south.

As of 19/06/2026 - the provider's reply omitted the single most important fact, which is fully documented in writing.
Before I paid anything — on Sunday, March 15, 2026 — I explained my situation in full, including that my e-Residency card had expired and I could not yet sign digitally, and the March 24 compliance deadline. I then asked, twice and in writing, whether the company would be protected from dissolution.
His written answer, verbatim, that same Sunday evening: "You wont get any penalty and Company wont be dissolved."
I paid within 48 hours on the strength of that guarantee. He also stated, unprompted, that notifying the Commercial Register about my e-ID renewal was included in the €200 fee — so "representation before the Register" was in scope by his own words, not mine.
What he calls "contacting me on March 28 with no reply" is not in my records. What is in my records: after payment, I chased him on March 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 as the deadline passed, mostly to silence or "verification in progress." Then on March 27 — having guaranteed twelve days earlier that the company "wont be dissolved" — he offered me "additional protection" against dissolution for a further €50. Both statements cannot be true.
The Tartu County Court Registry has confirmed in writing that the application was never formally submitted, and that the registrar cannot see applications left pending. That is the omission that caused the deletion. It happened on his side.
The legal address and contact person "remaining active" is meaningless on a company that was struck off precisely because the registration was never completed.

Eesti Consulting markets itself as "highly recommended within the e-Residency Marketplace" — this is misleading. They do not appear as an active provider on the official e-Residency Marketplace directory.

I hired them to appoint a contact person and legal address for my Estonian OÜ (reg. 16446235). I paid €200 in full on March 15, 2026. Paweł Krok confirmed in writing that he would act. He never did.

My company was officially deleted from the Estonian Commercial Register on April 8th, 2026 — 9 days after his written commitment.

What followed:

1.⁠ ⁠Weeks of silence. Every response came only after a formal written ultimatum — never proactively.
2.⁠ ⁠April 8 — I sent a formal "Demand of IMMEDIATE REFUND or REPAIR."
3.⁠ ⁠May 11 — Nearly 2 months after deletion, they finally contacted the Tartu County Court Registry. The Registry replied within hours with clear reinstatement instructions.
4.⁠ ⁠May 22 — 11 days after the Registry's clear response, still zero action. I sent a final deadline of May 25.
5.⁠ ⁠May 25 to June 19 — Complete silence. 25+ days. No response, no application filed, nothing.

I have held a valid e-Residency card since April 2026 and have been ready to sign digitally for months. Every single obstacle has been on their side.

I have filed a formal complaint with the e-Residency programme team.

If you are considering this provider: don't.

This company has an automated email sequence to handle incoming requests with what it look like 0 supervision. I have sent an order, provided my payment details, confirmed everything, and they completely disappeared. Since January, I sent more than 5 emails and received no answer at all.
