The arrangements from initial visit to installation was exceptionally rapid. The team that did the installation were prompt, quick, clean and efficient. They completed the installation in about 90 minutes and left everything tidy and working satisfactorily.

Great Service
The salesman, Tony Whiteway was very patient and thorough in helping establish what we needed. A week or so later we had our lithium battery installed by two very courteous and efficient young men who managed to make the installation without any need to decorate or repair, which was a huge relief! When we made payment and had a query the response was prompt, clear and very reassuring.

A very professional job
At the first visit Josh explained how the battery would enhance my existing PV panels and provide the green energy solution I was after. He was very professional and knowledgable and answered all my question without ever pressurising me for a sale. The delivery was handled quickly and efficiently by Liam and the installer did the job in about two hours with a full explanation of the App that supports the operation of the system. The App is also easy to understand and gives an excellent picture of the performance of the entire system. I would not hesitate to recommend Efficient Homes to anyone considering a battery installation.

Solar batteries to compliment panels
We had been investigating solar batteries as the FIT rate hadn’t increased in line with our energy providers increase in domestic tarrif. So in effect they were stealing our generated energy & selling it on at an extortionate profit. Found out our friend had just purchased from Efficient Homes & saw the neat set up. From the initial contact through to completion, it has been a pleasure. Tony the salesman wasn’t pushy, having completed the survey, we were very happy to proceed. On the day of installation, Jay the engineer was clean & tidy & explained it thoroughly to us. Time will tell how long the payback is, but so far, nothing but praise for a customer friendly company. Thankyou for looking after us.

We brought 2 x US3000C Li-ion batteries…
We brought 2 x US3000C Li-ion batteries last February to supplement our 12-year-old Solar system. The results have exceeded our expectations to say the least. Our normal average usage of electricity from the National Grid has averaged 1491 units over the past 4 years whilst this last year to October has fallen to 852 units, i.e. 57% of usual. Efficient Homes have proved 1st Class to deal with from initial sales call to after care sorting out a couple of minor problems. Would definitely recommend them and the batteries!

Retro fitting batteries to exciting solar systems
In August Efficent homes ltd suplied and fitted a 6.5kwh solar battery and an AC coupled inverter to our existing solar system.
Liam was very understanding and explained everything, the installation team were very polite and knowledgeable. Explained the installation process, they even set up the smartphone app up.
They were very quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves.
From order to installation took less than two weeks.
I was so happy with their work that i ordered another 6.5kwh battery from them, which they supplied and fitted yesterday.
Would highly recommend them

Solar health check
We had a solar health check. Jacob was able to confirm our installation was in good order, answered several technical questions and made helpful suggestions of improvements we could make to increase the benefit. But the best bit was he didn't try to sell us anything! If we do need to repair/replace/upgrade Efficient Homes will be our first port of call.

Satisfied sucker
Your salesman convinced a profound sceptic of cold approaches about my solar panels and I fell for his charm and his battery but he told me it could be installed in an out house which it couldnt so it’s had to go on a wall which isn’t beautiful
I had some not very good time keeping by the lads who came to install it but they were polite nice efficient and tidy and I forgave them

This is a cold calling company but offering a very good product!
We dealt with Kieran who was professional and likeable throughout even when there were problems and sorted issues out for us! We have ended up with a system we are very happy with and which was very professionally installed by Zac who took time to explain how it worked and even took the time to write down the key things for monitoring!
The negatives are dealing with the office where some training of office staff in how to speak to customers would be desirable! We ordered 2 3.3 batteries so we could add another one to be installed inside and have ended up with one 6.5 outside! I was very disappointed with how the office handled our concerns and was on the point of refusing installation before Kieran saved the day! Some of the Efficient homes team need to realise they all represent the same company ! Also our invoice was for £100 more than our quote and we could not verify the company when making payment because they bank with Metro bank! So in summary much of my rating would be at 5 although elements of 1 in some dealings! Felt it would be unfair to give less than 4 for where we ended up

Thank you Efficient homes
In August 2021 Josh from Efficient homes surveyed (free of charge) our existing solar panels. He produced a report and said all was good. He did not try to sell or push us into buying any additional products just offered advice. Fast forward to September 2022 when we were in the position to be able to purchase batteries for our panels. I approached 4 different companies and yet again Efficient Homes came up trumps. They offered advice, had what we required available and arranged the installation within 5 days. When there was a delay due to the previous installation we were kept informed. The work was completed by 2 men (sorry didnt catch their names) who got on with the job and cleared up after themselves. We are really pleased and have the reassurance of a follow up survey. Everyone on the team has been helpful and extremely pleasant.

Brilliant team and products
Brilliant team and products
We had solar panels fitted about 8 years ago. Unfortunately, the company that installed them went out of business shortly afterwards.
We received a cold call from Efficient Homes Ltd regarding a “health” check on our system. After discussions, we decided to replace our inverter and have optimizers fitted whilst they were here. The team was absolutely fantastic, very efficient, quick, and left everything clean and tidy.
It was so nice to be able to monitor the production of the panels.
I was so pleased with their workmanship, I spoke to Jessie regarding battery storage. I immediately had an influx of information.
After looking at our options, we decided to go for 6.6kWh battery. The team installed this and even offered to help move a cupboard whilst they were with us. They installed it quickly and left everything clean and tidy.
We monitored production and storage over a short period of time realising that 6.6kWh was never going to be enough if we were going to really cut our consumption. I phoned Jessie to ask for a quote and decided to double our storage. They installed another 6.6kWh battery shortly afterward. Once more, the installation team was fantastic.
The apps used to monitor the solar generation and the battery storage are brilliant. It enables us to use the energy more efficiently and cut our consumption.
I would definitely recommend Efficient Homes and their great team.

Jessie and the team were very helpful…
Jessie and the team were very helpful from the start. The installation was arranged very speedily, site visit, scaffold and then the installation itself took 2 days. The guys worked hard and setup everything for me on the app so I could just relax and watch the power pour in. Definitely get a battery with your setup, you'd be mad not to. Great smaller company whose prices were all around the figure from anyone else and they were local to me which was important. Great work, many thanks.

Excellent price and great service for a PV system and battery. From the start, with straight talking advice from Liam in the office through to the efficient and very tidy installation with Jay the electrician and the roofer Vic, the service was quick, attentive and efficient.
