I had policy with them and 5 years i pay them and when i ask to surrender the even not gave my amount they deduction amount so please be aware of these people they are cheaters

I’ve called their 021111338111 helpline three times, and they are completely useless—they just hang up or ignore the issue. This is daylight robbery. If you use JazzCash, stay away from EFU or they will drain your balance! I want my refund NOW

I put $12,000 rupees into this company in 2012 and only received $5,300 rupees back. They did not want to return my money, and the whole process dragged on for about six months. We sent them countless emails, and they either ignored us completely or responded with excuses. Their customer service is corrupt, useless, and extremely unprofessional. Every single time we contacted them, they kept asking for the same documents again and again, even though we had already attached everything they requested multiple times. It felt like an intentional delay tactic. Based on my experience, the system they operate under in Pakistan appears corrupt, and I personally know many other people who are also not satisfied with this company.

In my honest opinion, this company cannot be trusted. I regret ever dealing with them. Stay away from this company at all costs. This company shows zero accountability and takes no responsibility for customer funds. I had to chase them constantly just to get basic responses, and even then nothing was resolved. They give the impression that once they have your money, you no longer matter. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I’m writing to share my serious dissatisfaction with EFU Life Insurance’s claim handling process. I submitted a surrender request on July 31, 2025, along with all required documents, the acceptance letter, and completed the call verification — yet, after more than three weeks, the funds have still not been transferred to my account.
Despite repeated follow-ups, all I’ve received are vague apologies and requests for “patience,” with no clear explanation or timeline. This kind of delay is not just inconvenient — it’s deeply troubling. If this is how EFU Life operates when I’m alive and actively chasing the process, I can’t help but worry about how claims would be handled in the event of my passing, when my family would urgently need support.
This experience has seriously shaken my trust in EFU Life’s reliability and responsiveness. Customers deserve better — timely action, transparency, and accountability. Sadly, EFU Life has failed on all fronts.

Extremely dodgy life assurance company.
Absolutely do not deal with those fraudsters.
Getting your money back after term completes is a nightmare.
As with most financial fraudulent institutions it's only when you ask for money you get a blank wall.
Whilst taking your money they're fantastic to deal with.
I had to enlist help of multiple govt officials and lawyer to get money back.
Your money is safer under your mattress, you can get it when you want it.
Look elsewhere for a genuine life or health assurance company or pick a foreign firm with genuine positive reviews.

This company is running a scam operation where they charge for an annual premium from third party cash apps.

They are a nightmare to get hold off and when you do eventually get through they put the phone down. They refuse to reimburse the fee that was fraudulently obtained.

Something needs to be done about these scam artists. I will be taking them to court for this behaviour. Please avoid this scam company at all costs.

Worst customer service. They just catch the clients and afterwards it's a struggle to deal with EFU. It's a pain to take your own money back.
