I had an excellent experience with EG Chauffeurs V-Class on April 1st. The service from London Stansted Airport to Paddington was absolutely flawless.
The driver was punctual, professional, and very courteous. The Mercedes V-Class was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable—perfect after a long journey. Everything was handled smoothly, from the airport pickup to the drop-off, with great attention to detail.
I especially appreciated the clear communication and the stress-free transfer. It truly made my arrival in London much more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality chauffeur service in London. I will definitely use them again

Excellent service
From the first contact, the whole experience was professional, warm and personal. The communication with the office was excellent, payment was easy, and the vehicles and drivers were as promised. I will definitely be using EG Chauffeurs again.

I had to quickly ask our driver to pick us up 30 minutes later as I was proposing and needed a little extra time. Our driver was very understanding and made me feel like it was no issue at all. He got us everywhere we needed to go through traffic and was great at making conversation while also respecting if we wanted to talk alone. Overall a great experience and worth every penny.

Exceptional experience!
We had a fabulous experience with EG Chauffeurs - from the quotation process to delivering us back to Tilbury cruise port safely, comfortably and on time - every interaction was excellent.
Ben was a delightful driver and the vehicle exceptionally clean and comfortable - and he made a great friend in my Dad who chatted with him the entire way to and from Highclere Castle.

Perfect Experience with EG Chauffeurs
My family of six (ages 3, 7, 41, 42, 43, 71) traveled to London in late July/early August 2025, and our experience with EG Chauffeurs (airport transfer and five full-day reservations) could not have been more perfect. The booking process was easy and our driver (Anna) was exceptionally professional, kind, efficient and accommodating. In fact, when the children were asked what were their top five "things" in London, they both mentioned "Anna"within their lists. I remain so grateful for your service and will forever recommend EG Chauffeurs (and of course Anna!) to my family, friends and colleagues.
