Egensys Avaliações

We have had a heat pump installed to replace our old oil fired boiler. We gained a lot of confidence in Alan from his first visit and he always answered our questions satisfactorily and was obviously very knowledgeable.
The installation went relatively smoothly and we have had no problems with the supply of hot water since the system was commissioned. We shall of course only find out about the effectiveness of the heating system when the colder weather comes. We are confident that the company will sort any issues arising in future

Great company,

Chris has to make several visits to sort out my dad's mitsubishi ecodan after a few years of neglect dad hasn't been in good health and they worked hard solving multiple problems to get him up and running again, very competitive rates very understanding and a top service

Today we had Jack carry out a service on our Samsung Heat pump.
I am extremely happy with the service Egensys provides and the reassurance of a job well done. Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. he explained everything he was going to do. He gave me the reassurance I needed that all was OK with our system. Jack is a credit to the company and assuming all employees are of the same attitude we will enjoy a long relationship with egensys to look after our Heat pump system. Thank you for your service. Nick Gauntlett.

Good, reliable, would recommend!
