Where do I start, from booking to finnish, absolutely fantastic experience.

After contacting many hospitals Egepol came up trumps, they could not have been more informative, every question no matter now big or small was answered promptly, most importantly they did not hound me to book, unlike so many others I had contacted, this in itself spoke volumes to me, also they assured me there was no hidden cost and true to there word, there was not.

So they day I set off, regular contact was exchanged and I was picked up promptly from the airport.
Had all my pre-op tests on arrival and was shown to our room, which I must say, did not disappoint, very comfortable, modern and stylish.

I met with the very lovely and talented surgeon Dr Ali Ozdemir, in my mind I honestly thought he was going to tell me I needed breast Implants and the extended tummy tuck, to my surprise, he assured me I did not need either of these, a breast lift and standard tuck would be enough for me, which speaks volumes, as he could have easily done these surgery's and got another £1000.00 out of me, this tells me that they really put the patients first and it's not all about the money. I would also like to say this man knows his stuff, he is very gentle, kind and always smiling.

Although not all the nurses and staff speak English, this really was no problem at all, by Google translate or simple hand gestures we managed just fine, I would like to say Helin, my co ordinator and translator was amazing. Helin was there to greet us when we arrived late in the evening,visited me regular throughout every day of my stay, even gowned up and met me in theatre before I was put to sleep for surgery, wonderful young lady, a real credit to egepol, even out of work hours, Helin would answer any text or phone calls, even went above and beyond to order us in takeaway to our hospital room.
I must also thank Cagatay, although he had some time off while I was there, he still went out of his way to come see me on the days when he was.

When my surgery was complete, I woke in my room, again Helin was by my side, as was the my lovely surgeon and the wonderful nurses, all very reassuring.
At no time after surgery was I in any real pain, yes there was discomfort, but to be expected after such surgery.
The day after I was up and about and walking outside the hospital.
I had my op on the Tuesday and by Friday my drains where removed, Saturday I went to the hotel of my choice which was on the seafront, hotel was beautiful as were the sea views, took some nice long walks along the promenade in the sun and enjoyed the local coffee shops.

Did not struggle at all on the flight home, I'm nearly 4weeks post op now. I have completely healed up and am feeling great, in all honesty I am blown away with the results.

So to the very talented Dr Ali Ozdemir I thankyou. I could not be happier with how my body looks, you are simple the best.

To all the nurses, who could not have been more kind and absolutely fabulous, I thankyou.

Also very importantly, the very lovely Ladies who daily cleaned my room and served our food, I thankyou.

This is an amazing team of people, who I feel holds patient centred care at the very top of there priorities.
Also you are not left to it once your home, if you've any questions, you only have to message them via your what's app chat and they will get right back to you.

Over all, if I could give more than 5 star rating I would, I highly recommend Egepol.

Im feeling great.
I was met at the airport chauffered to Egepol hospital where I was greeted by Helin who made the check in process seamless.
Hospital spotless and all staff caring and professional.
Dr Ali what a caring reassuring gentleman.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.I was seen by him at least once a day most days twice.
If I had any questions /concerns they were dealt with promptly by the team.
I will be back 100% for thighs and arms.

What I really liked was I mattered and wasnt made to feel like just a number to make money off.
I then went to stay on at one of the hotels in Izmir .what a beautiful City lots of recommendations sent by the team for us to visit .
So pleased I took my partner needed him for support couldnt of done it without him .
Prior to my operation I had researched for years where to go what surgeon etc its a mindfield.
I was really scared and had relentless questions poor Burack he was always there for me with his reassurance and prompt replies whilst I made my decision.
I can honestly say its the best decision I've ever made just wish I done it sooner.

What made my experience great was the correspondence right from the start. It was quick in reply time and informative. Borak cagatay and helin were amazing speaking English and interpreting for me. They were very comforting, welcoming and reassuring. They arranged the transport to and from the airport . They couldn't do more to ensure me and my partner were happy throughout . They even came and had coffee with us which was lovely . The hospital is clean and looks great . The rooms are spacious . It is unnerving when you are abroad because of the language barrier with such a big operation but lots of the staff knew some English and were very friendly . I just wish I knew some turkish now ! I had MMO on day two I was ready for coffee and wanting to explore and move . My surgeon was Dr Ali , he was professional and friendly . I was able to go out for coffee and bagels pastries kebabs and explore around the hospital grounds it was such a treat the locals were so friendly . Overall I'd recommend this hospital (and turkey in general ) to anyone . I feel great 7 days PO 😁

I had an abdominoplasty done a week ago and I already feel fabulous.Starting from when I arrived in Turkey,meeting Helin,the hospital was world class,nursing staff were brilliant.Dr Hakan doing my surgery was great,I’m happy with my wound as it is healing well, everything was just a breeze.Not forgetting the transportation to and from the hospital.Everyone was soo helpful and willing to go an extra mile 🤍🤍

I would like to thank all involved with my enquiry after a recommendation from a guest in the hotel my daughter and I were staying. She had just completed a mummy make over and said it had totally transformed her life having surgery with Egepol Hospital. She contacted them on our behalf and gave my phone number. Within an hour Burak was in touch with us via WhatsApp. He and his manager put themselves out to visit the same day after work (nearly an hours drive) at 10pm. He came with his team manager Beysar who talked through various options with both myself and daughter. We had not come to Turkey for cosmetic treatment, but overwhelmed with the guest having just had the 'mummy make over' and she could not rate the hospital, surgeon, translator and organising team enough.

Beyzar and Burak returned to our hotel at 9am the next day to talk again over breakfast and take me at 10am to the hospital over half an hour away. My enquiry was the gastric sleeve, as I have a weight issue with my thyroid and registered disabled so not actively mobile. I eat the correct food and don't snack, but still trapped in this body.. I am not a hungry person either. So quantity and type are nor an issue. I also have a hiatus hernia and acid reflux. Burak and Beyza took me to see the gastric sleeve surgeon, they translated my condition and concerns and he decided that it was nit the operation for me. I weigh 95kg.. he did not think this was an issue. However if I got my medical records from UK etc and wanted help with surgery for the hernia he would be happy to help. I also wanted the mummy make over, but after lengthy discussion it was recommended it would be more beneficial to lose weight and have loose skin for this procedure. The Hospital could have taken my money and operated, which would not have solved my issue. Everything was free, no consultation fee travel costs etc. Burak even took me to a coffee shop for a latte before returning me to my hotel of stay. I was dissapointed I could have either procedure, but this was in my interests and not someone just wanting to take your money. My daughter was also picked up 6 hours later to see a plastic surgeon. She wanted a mummy make over. She previously had her breadth done in 2011 UK and 2014 tummy tuck after having had triplets. She us a size 12, just not confident and thought she would have it done again. The Plastic Surgeon on seeing her, told her no way did she need the operation. So another case of no fee or any payments taken. Both myself and daughter could have had our money taken needlessly and operations that would not have given the results we were looking for. I cannot recommend the experience we had with Burak and Beyza together with the surgeons free of charge. The Hospital itself was spotless, translators every step of the way. I have heard nothing but good reviews apart from my daughter and self's experience. I am definitely going to get my medical records and send to surgeon with a view to taking another route first with hiatus hernia before possible gastric sleeve followed by mummy makeover if possible. Any one using this hospital and its team will be delighted with their experience and results. Thank you again Burak and Beyza together with hospital staff and surgeon. I will be back!

I have just returned to England having had cosmetic surgery at Egepol Hospital on the 3rd September 2024. I’d like to share my story and hopefully help others who are indecisive or worried about having surgery abroad. If you are serious about having surgery, please read my account. It was the best decision I ever made.

Back in January 2024, I decided that I would like to have a Mommy Makeover. I did extensive research into hospitals available in Turkey. Egepol, by far stood out for its brilliant reviews and outstanding service. I made an initial enquiry and was quickly and efficiently messaged by Burak. Burak was friendly and professional and worked with me to decide if I was a candidate for surgery. He gave me advice, ensured that he had all my medical history and photographs in order to consult with surgeons. Once approved for surgery Burak gave me a choice of surgeons complete with their details to enable me to research them. I opted for the wonderful Dr Ali Ozemir. All booked, Burak kept in touch with me in the coming months giving me kind, caring reassurances when I had my moments of nervousness and doubt.

On 2nd September, I flew out to Izmir. Before my flight I was messaged by Cagatay who was fantastic and told me step by step what would happen on my arrival, where I needed to go and who would pick me up. The arrival went seamlessly and I was greeted immediately at the terminal by a friendly driver who took my luggage and ushered me into a beautiful leather seated car with roof lights and all the works! The transfer took approximately 20/30 minutes and any doubts/fears/anxieties were immediately eliminated when we arrived at Egepol hospital and I was greeted by Helin. Helin was warm, friendly and reassuring. Her excellent fluent English ensured that I felt I was completely understood and not at all alone. Helin showed me to my beautiful, spotlessly clean suite in the hospital, talked me through the next process and accompanied me whilst I had pre-operative investigations. Before my operation, I had a chest x-ray, ECG, blood tests, urine sample, BMI test, all swiftly completed by the clinical team who were all very professional and although not all spoke fluent English, all had friendly smiles and during the days that followed, I was able to communicate efficiently with them with no concerns.

On the morning of my surgery I met the wonderful Dr Ali Ozdemir. He advised me of my procedure, asked what result I would like, gave his opinions and made sure I was comfortable with what exactly was going to happen. (Breast implants I had were round gel, MENTOR, full guarantees given to me after surgery). Once he had marked me up, it was time to go! Helin accompanied me to the theatre and was with me as I went under anaesthetic ❤️. 6 hours later I woke up to my new life!

After surgery, I was relatively pain free with only mild discomfort. I was visited by Dr Ali daily and the nursing team took such good care of me. After 5 nights at Egepol, I was discharged to a beautiful 5* hotel where I was able to relax and enjoy the remainder of my stay. The plan now is for me and the team to remain in contact as they are very interested and excited in seeing my progress over the coming months. I am beyond delighted with my results.

Overall, my experience at Egepol was nothing short of top class with 5 star treatment that is worth every penny and has changed my life forever. The experience, however was made more perfect by three of the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. To Helin, Burak and Cagatay. Thank you for making me feel so welcome, cared for and reassured during my time at Egepol. Thank you for being there for me from the minute I arrived to the minute I flew home. Thank you for the walk to the shop to buy me chocolate and ice cream, for the lovely chats over coffee in the cafe getting to know you and for being my strength and support. I will never forget you. excellent care given. even from the very beginning before booking the surgery, Beyza was always available to answer all my questions and concerns with no pressure on me whatsoever. after booking she continued to be very helpful. my interpreters cagatay and helin were brilliant and stayed with me throughout all consultations and checkups and was always available to me and my husband via whatsapp whenever we needed them. Dr Ali Ozdemir explained everything and told me the realistic results i should expect and not just what i wanted to hear and i have to say he’s done amazing work i’m so happy with the results. I would 100% recommend this hospital.

Super Service. Die Ärzte können gut englisch reden und zudem gibt es tolle Übersetzer. Wir wurden von den zwei Übersetzerinnen Celine und Viktoria immer begleitet und sie haben uns zu jeder Zeit geholfen und beigestanden. Sie haben das ganz toll gemacht.
Die Krankenschwestern waren ebenfalls sehr nett und trotz Sprachbarrieren hat alles geklappt.

Super Krankenhaus mit klimaanlage in den zimmern und alles modern. Auch super das dort gleich 3 Dolmetscher waren

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. 5 star chauffeur service, interpreters Helin and Cagatay, nurses at the hospital and most of all the talented surgeon Dr Ali. I’ve only just returned and can honestly say if you’re thinking about a Mommy Makeover this is the place to go. I’ve had no pain what so ever or bruising. Just had my first shower and absolutely delighted with the work done. I did have overall concerns to begin with, just about the procedure but need not have worried. Thank you so much again to the team, you have done so much for my well-being and restored my confidence.

I chose Egepol hospital to have my Gastric sleeve operation. My experience with the staff team, nurses and Surgeons was exceptional. From my initial contact with Burak I knew straight away Egepol hospitals were who I wanted to go with. He demonstrated kindness and warmth from our first contact and answered any questions I had about the surgery, he shared his own experience of being a sleeve patient and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. After agreeing to book he set me up in a group chat with the operations manager Cagatay and my interpreter Helin who were also really lovely. They maintained contact with me and regularly checked in on me to see how I was feeling.

When I arrived in Izmir they arranged airport transfer and met me upon arrival, day 1 was a full day of pre operation checks including X-rays, ultrasounds, breathing tests and some others. I knew I was in great hands and Helin escorted me to each test, she is an absolute diamond and was with me every step of my journey.

The day before my surgery I got to meet my surgeons who were also really lovely and answered any questions I had. Dr Umit Alakus & Dr Emin Lapsekili are both the best in their field, it’s rare to meet surgeons who care so deeply about the wellbeing and care of their patients after the operation they both checked on me multiple times through out the day for the 4 days I remained in hospital after my operation.

My operation was a success and I’m healing / recovering well. The care and support I received throughout my stay from all staff remained exceptional. This surgery has changed my life and I am so happy I chose to do this with Egepol hospital. I will be returning next year for my mummy makeover because I was so impressed with how I was treated and cared for. If anyone is thinking about having this operation and worrying about who to go with I promise you will be in good hands with the team at Egepol, they will treat you like family and go above and beyond to make your experience positive.

I had a tummy tuck, breast and arms lift done at Egepol hospital 3 weeks ago and all I can say is that I am beyond happy. Everything went smoothly from pick up at the airport to the hospital. I was looked after by a terrific team and want to thank Helin, Çağatay and most of all my surgeon Dr Ali Ozdemir who was not only very skilled but also kind and talented. The hospital was spotless and offered top class equipment and beautiful en-suite private room. The treatment was top notch and tailored to control and discomfort effectively. Definitely a five star service and a beautiful hotel for recovery just before my return home.

Having finally made the decision to have a Gastric procedure, a big decision on its own, my dreams were crushed when I was quoted £13,000 by U.K. based companies.
The dream was over, fat me had won ( as usual).
I had briefly thought about Turkey but was persuaded this was not an option for all the usual reasons normally brought up.
The next day I saw a Facebook advert listing a roadshow for Egepol in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
I researched the company extensively (and on this very site) and decided to reply and book in an appointment.
Burak was the first person I spoke with. No hard sales technique, no upsell, no BS. Just a impressive individual that knew about all my questions and fears and slowly answered them (he has recently undergone a Sleeve himself)
My wife who was previously on "over my dead body" mode said "you should do this"
We then had a a long discussion with the two surgeons and we all agreed a Sleeve was best.
£100.00 deposit taken and date reserved.
My wife could come too at no additional cost and stay with me in the hospital at no charge.
JET2 flight only booked for a total of £420.00.
I could see light at the end of the tunnel-and it wasn't a train hurtling towards me this time.
Extensive Whatsapp communication before the operation answered within minutes and we arrived.
Picked up by a huge VIP min bus from the Airport and taken to the hospital.

If NASA did hospitals this would be it.

Five star private room with an additional-full size- bed for my wife. Absolutely immaculate, Nurses assisting.
Cagatay was waiting for me in the Hospital and he was an ever present with Burak and just smoothed everything and answered every query.
Great shower in my En-Suite and a 0800 start the next day.
Cardiology checked, Radiology, interview with dietician-Helin, and a psychologist. Bloods checked, kidneys checked everything checked as was very reassuring.
Operation went without a hitch and spent the next two and half days recovering including further tests to make sure the procedure was all good. Helin came back and gave me all the information I need verbally and written for how to proceed moving forward. Helin was extremely helpful and obviously dedicated to her job.
All medicines were given to me as part of the cost..anti-biotics, pain relief, multi vitamins , shakes, flight socks, notes for my G.P., ..all bases covered.
Burak and Cagatay can arrange a hotel for you if you wish, we stayed an additional four nights and we were taken back to the Airport by our VIP Mini Bus.
Obviously the cost will vary person to person but I paid well under £3000.00 total.
I cannot recommend this company more highly.
Five Stars does not cover it but if you have decided to get the Operation done this is the answer, don't let money stop you.

I received treatment at the Cardiology department and was extremely satisfied with the service. The doctors and medical staff were very professional and attentive. They conducted a thorough examination and created a treatment plan tailored to my needs, which made me feel very secure.

I flew out the 8th July got there all my pre opp test was done made to fill very welcome my surgery was the next morning.
Amazing from start to finish ,they pick you vip from airport all transfer included as well as taking you to the hotel and collecting you when you have to go back to hospital I had a breast lift and mummy make over, so so pleased with the results ,the surgeon dr Ali ozdemir has done so well with my stitching ect his the best around.

I only regret not getting a tummy tuck sooner. The hospital and staff were exceptional, and the scar turned out better than I could have imagined.

A friend who had surgery at Egepol recommended the hospital to me. After a WhatsApp consultation with Burak, I chose my surgeon, Dr. Ali Özdemir. Burak checked in a few times before my flight to see if I had any questions. Upon landing, the wonderful Helin called to confirm my private transfer was ready. At the hospital, Helin guided me through my pre-op checks and the paperwork, which was extensive. As it was late, I was given a cut-off time for eating and settled into the hospital, which was clean, well-presented, and felt more like a hotel, with two beds—one for me and one for my companion.

The next morning at 9 am, Dr. Ali marked me up for surgery. I inquired about a breast lift, but instead of upselling me, he recommended against it, offering alternatives which I ultimately declined. After a quick change, I was taken to the surgical floor, which, like the rest of the hospital, was immaculately clean. Post-surgery, I was kept informed about the next steps, and within a few hours, I was up and walking. Helin and Çağatay frequently checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. Despite the nurses speaking little English, they were incredibly helpful, and the language barrier was never an issue, thanks to interpreters available via WhatsApp and, if necessary, Google Translate. Çağatay provided valuable advice for my return home. I was encouraged to walk, and within a day or two, I could visit local shops. Dr. Ali checked in daily, and before I left for the airport, I had a final appointment to review my healing and answer any questions.

After discharge, I was transferred to an incredible 5-star hotel to continue my recovery. The team at Egepol went above and beyond at every stage. Even after leaving the hospital, I am still in contact with the team and they are very invested in your healing journey.

A few tips: it is a hospital, so there is some noise and regular nurse check-ins. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs and sleep masks. Bring lots of flannels, once you have had your surgery you don’t get a shower until the dressings are off (almost 2 weeks). I would also recommend long baggy clothes for going out as you will have drains depending on your surgery. I personally didn’t want them hanging on show. The food is traditional Turkish cuisine, which I enjoyed, but picky eaters might want to speak to the team about ordering other options or bring a few home comforts with you. There are local restaurants and shops within walking distance, and interpreters are happy to accompany you. On the first night, I recommend stocking up on drinks and snacks. The fruit is amazing, cheap, and plentiful.

I highly recommend this hospital and have already shared the details with several friends planning tummy tucks after seeing my results.
