Heb het hoofdkantoor gebeld omdat ik graag wilde weten waar de Siderno bank staat.
Krijg te horen ; we zijn een groothandel!
Nu begrijp ik dat uiteraard ook en dan geven ze aan dat ze niet weten welke bank bij welk verkooppunt staat. Lijkt me zeer onwaarschijnlijk en ronduit slecht als dat zo is. Wat een arrogantie! 0 hulp. Mevrouw vind d'r baan denk ik niet leuk!

Eichholtz Maastricht

Eichholtz Maastricht, wat een geweldige zaak en service! We hebben er Arte behang gekocht, Liz heeft ons prima geadviseerd. We kregen een boek met stalen mee naar huis, de bestelling verliep vlotjes, zelfs een nabestelling werd aan huis afgeleverd omdat ze in de buurt moest zijn. Kortom een aanrader, vriendelijk, meedenkend en oprecht belangstellend naar het resultaat. Liz bedankt en we komen zeker de zaak nog eens bezoeken!

Spent over £3000 on two chairs

Spent over £3000 on two chairs. Just over two years of very occasional use one chair stated making clunking noises when sitting in it. Initially I was refused a replacement. I asked for a contribution towards having an upholsterer repair the chair. The cost of repair was £432 but only 50% of this cost was offered. The upholsterer with over fifty years experience was shocked when he dismantled the chair for repairs. The wood for the back was the cheapest grade with no strength. The frame was of poor quality with no corner sections to ensure strength on construction. No screws whatsoever just stapled together.
In his opinion the chair was not fit for purpose so he went above and beyond to bring the chair to a reasonable standard for me but said the other chair would undoubtedly be of the same poor quality and would go the same way. Thought we were buying quality designer furniture but quality they are definitely not. Seriously considering taking legal action about this. Could have bought better quality from a mass furniture outlet with a five or ten year guarantee for considerably less money.
Unfortunately we purchase other Eichholtz furniture at the same time at a huge cost but now massively disappointed and have no confidence in their products. Huge regret buying from them.

EICHHOLTZ participe à une escroquerie en bande organisée avec les magasins dépositaires de sa marque : c'est ainsi que j'ai été orienté vers le magasin de Beaugrenelle pour commander des lampes modèle Amalfi payées à la commande pour 3.500 € le 12 juillet 2025 et qui ne me sont pas livrées, pas de nouvelles du magasin qui a fermé, et aucune considération d'EICHHOLTZ ... une arnaque !!!

I wanted to try out two sofas and asked by email for a dealer in my region who had one or both in their exhibition. The answer was a list across Europe. Of course I don't want to work through the entire list. Does Eichholtz have any computers? I didn't receive a reply to my second email. I'm more cautious about spending a five-figure amount on furniture with a company when customer service is so poor. too bad.

No after sales support from Eichholtz !!!!…

We brought a set of six Eichholtz Blue velvet dining chairs. One of the chair backs had become loose and upon investigation the metal work of the frame had broken due to poor workmanship in the welding. These chairs are less than a year old and have been treated with the upmost care. I contacted Eichholtz customer service and they said that I would need to deal with the distributor. I went back to the distributor but all they would offer is a refund. The colour of the chairs is no longer available therefore a replacement was not an option. Although Eichholtz still offer the same chair (Cipria) in the Green colour. I am desperate to keep the set of six chairs complete and therefore proposed that Eichholtz sent me a replacement frame from the Green chairs and I would pay for an upholsterer to change the soft furnishings over. Eichholtz refused to send a frame saying that the product is no longer manufacturered!!! when it clearly is as its available on their website.
Very poor support from a supposedly top brand of furniture, they really didn't want to support there products. For the first emails to Eichholtz customer service they just said that they were a wholesale company and would only deal B2B which is fine but, when there is a issue like this I would have thought a "top brand" like this would step up to get things resolved, especially as I was prepared to pay for the re-upholstery. Now we are left with 5 chairs around our table!?!...thanks Eichholtz, not a brand we will be using again.

Wat hebben ze mooie spullen zeg bij Eichholtz! Wij zijn heel goed geholpen door iedereen. Ze waren allen zo vriendelijk, behulpzaam en dachten goed met ons mee. Wij zijn heel goed geslaagd bij Eichholtz en extra dank aan Thomas! Groetjes Mustapha en Kaoutar

NOT RECOMMENDED !! I placed an order from Eicholtz Amsterdam. They confirmed the order. I made the payment. I agreed to a delivery arrangement and they called later to ask extra payment for delivery. I made an additional payment. I said ok, it was weird to ask such a small money as an extra but I didn’t mind this. Everything seemed to be proceeding well, and I even coordinated the delivery details with the delivery department. However, just before the scheduled delivery, I received a call informing me that the items I had purchased, which were supposed to be in stock, were actually not available. The delivery was subsequently delayed for an indeterminate period, with a minimum wait of two months. Additionally, I discovered that the company "Eichholtz Amsterdam" is not the same as "Eicholtz," the manufacturer. They are merely a regular dealer, yet they presented themselves as the manufacturer without any clear communication to us. This is quite strange why they use manufacturer name as a dealer name just adding the Amsterdam. This is sth Eichholtz must re-consider.

It was particularly disappointing as our decision to order from them was based on their delivery timeline. After this incident, I found that other dealers of Eicholtz did not have the item available at the time of our order, suggesting that we were misled. The company attempted to sell us their showroom model at a slight discount, which I refused. They then offered a larger discount, but their approach throughout this process was highly unprofessional. I refused for sure. It want about the money. I requested refund. I got refund but all this process cost me too much time.

Moreover, they don’t inform the customers but if there is no stock, the reason of such a long waiting time is products come from China. Anyway, I’ll never ever visit such an unprofessional company.

I was extremely disappointed with the…

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of Eichholtz furniture! I purchased a sofa and a couple of chairs, and within 6 months, the fabric had worn away and was discolored. The stitching was poor and a couple of the legs had broken off. I contacted the company several times to try and get a replacement, but they refused to do anything to help me. I would not recommend this company to anyone - the furniture is terrible and their customer service is even worse.
