I purchased a cordless mower from eBay & it worked well until it didn’t.
I contacted Einhell & gave them Machine Number & the order number from EBay + date of purchase Name of company purchased from!
Einhell wouldn’t accept the warranty claim!!
Talk about objectionable customer service Einhell are N01 in how not to encourage sales.

I purchased Einhell Power Exchange lawnmower 10 months ago which worked well until it 'choked' on tough grass tuft and would not restart. Customer services contacted under warranty, mower collected by DPD within days, mower repaired and returned with new blade fitted and new grass box in 5 days.

I needed some parts for my Strimmer. Contacted Einhell UK and Candice forwarded a parts breakdown to me so that I could order the parts needed. The parts arrived promptly and a further phone call from Candice told me the parts had arrived so being local, I called to their distribution centre to collect it. Excellent service throughout. Thank you.

Got a cordless lawn mower from Einhell UK and had an issue with the 4.0Ah battery supplied (which was not lasting more than 15 minutes)... I suspected the battery, but had to buy a second battery to check it wasn't the mower running it down extra quick. Sure enough, the new battery lasted much longer. After a bit of initial confusion --in which Einhell wanted to replace the whole mower and battery-- we finally established we just wanted the battery changed.

After arranging for its collection within just a few days, they collected the faulty battery and supplied a replacement the following day (2 in fact, which was a kind gesture). Communication and service throughout (from Candice) was excellent, and I'm very grateful for her help in resolving the issue speedily.

Purchased a lawnmower arrived quickly on assembly found a wheel damages Contacted Einhelll and dealt with Candice, phots sent of damaged part, Candice replied quickly and reassured me that issue would be dealt with. Following day reply with notification that the spare part would be sent out with next day delivery. Part arrived as suggested.

I first contacted Einhell on 3 June about a warranty query and spoke to Connor who was extremely helpful. Throughout the process my customer service experience was excellent and the matter was dealt with speedily and efficiently. Over the years I have purchased several Einhell products which I’ve always found to be great quality & economically priced.

As such I have, on several occasions, had need to contact Einhell customer support for help with spare parts & other miscellaneous technical queries.

Each time their customer service & support personnel have provided excellent, helpful service.

Their customer service matches the excellent quality of their products.

I sent my hedge trimmer back to Hinhell hoping they would fix it , because nobody would look at it saying they couldn’t get spears. Hinhell replaced the brushes free of charge. Great company.Derek.

I required some replacement screws for my Einhell hedge trimmer having bought one needed a further two and having spoken to their customer service was sent the replacements free of charge. Very pleased with the response great customer service.

From the very first call to Einhell everything was dealt with very quickly with calls, emails and even a currier to collect and return my Einhell lawnmower.
Even sent some parts out first to solve the problem. When this didn't work Einhell organised pick up, fixing the machine and return's. ALL great customer service!! Candice and Ash sorted it all out for me!!

Made contact with Candice at Einhell re faulty lawn mower battery on 31 /5/25 and after several emails to which she replied to promptly and courteously over the next few days the situation was amicably resolved.

From first contact with einhell i found the service i received was first class,the lady i spoke to (candice) was very polite and professional, i got my problem resolved no problem would highly recommend einhell without hesitation

I requested information about a damaged part on my trimmer, and was pointed in the correct direction to find the replacement. However it was attached to a much bigger piece, so the cost was over the top. But when I said I would leave it the company thankfully found a great solution

When a tool stops working I expect a result quickly and not have to jump through hoops repeating question on an hourly basis and a replacement that will take weeks

I had a mower that just stopped due to a faulty switch. Once the support team had verified the warranty they arranged for DPD local to collect it from work, that took a bit of doing, but once in the hands of the tech team it was repaired and on the way back in less than 24 hours. Amazing! The team kept me updated all the time.

Bought a EniHELL (!!) agillo 36/255 strimmer and wanted a replacement head. There are many replacement heads on the market that fit Stihl, Huskvana, Makita etc etc etc. all with standard M10x125 Left thread heads.

However once my head broke - as strimmer heads do I can’t find a universal replacement as Einhell seem to be the only company on the entire strimmer market that do right hand threads so you have to buy replacement from them. Come on Einhell. Get your shit together and do the decent thing.

This review is for an Einhell TC-MS 2112 210mm Single Bevel Mitre Saw purchased from Toolstation on the 26/05/25.

Purchased to accurately cut kitchen cabinet pelmet trim that are MDF with laminated gloss cover. Having read some previous reviews, most being 5 star prompted me to buy.

It performed cuts perfectly at all angles enabling a truly professional finish. For the price (£65) excellent value for money.

What was interesting is a reviewer on the Toolstation site stated it didn’t cut accurately, all I can say is this must be down to operator error. Another mentioned the noise, it’s a saw and they are noisy, what did they expect!!!

All in all, very useful piece of kit.

I required parts for my brush cutter and had a problem with the shipping fees from the EU. I received assistance from the service manager and had parts plus spare sent to me free of charge.
I highly recommend Einhell UK after sales service.

Amazing service
I returned a robot mower which had worked perfectly for nearly 3 years but developed an electrical problem. I was totally amazed to find they replaced the old one with a brand new mover. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
