Really a great company to do business with.

EIO took some time to get back to me after my order to tell me that it would take several weeks before they could send me my order. They offered to cancel the order or send it at a much later date. The order was placed on 9/6 and received today, 10/7. They have access to the stuff, but it sure takes a long time to get it.

Everything went smooth. Prefer ordering direct from supplier than from Amazon. And it was free shipping.

I recently purchased a Knipex Plier Wrench through EIO. This was my first purchase experience with EIO, and I was pleased with their online user experience, their pricing, and their timely shipping of the product. I will definitely consider EIO again when future purchases are needed.

I had no problem with the purchase. The order was filled and shipped promptly.

Was not happy about the online instructions will call to have them emailed to me I should not have to download instructions and print them

I ordered it it took over a month and a half to get ended up ordering it somewhere else and forgot about it just received it never ordering again

I have been doing business with EIO for years now and I always come back and do business with them each year! They are very honest, and easy to talk to - a special shout out to Eswin Ponce. Eswin is very helpful and tries really hard to find ways that is very reasonable for his customers especially to his repeat clients such as myself. I highly recommend EIO for any electronic supplies that your company, schools, etc need.

I ordered the 3M PR1500 adhesive. It was shipped out immediately and arrived within a few days. Better price than Amazon!

I needed a cable to complete my computer build. The chassis manufacturer would NOT sell me one...but THESE GUYS got it for me! And quickly! Fast and friendly...I would give them a HUNDRED stars if I could!

I looked and looked before purchasing from EIO. This crimper had been back ordered for 10 months. When I called to cancel, the representative checked, then told me “We just now have some coming in, after 10 months!” Within 2 weeks, I had it. He didn’t have to go to that much trouble, but did; and I desperately needed the crimper. I will go back to EIO!

I recently placed an order with this company, eio.com, even though I had never heard of them before. I ordered mid-day on Wed and it arrived at my home in Alabama on Friday which took me by surprise. Of note, my order summary didn't show any amount for shipping and taxes (not sure if they built it into the price of the item or what).
