If the option is there for quicker…
If the option is there for quicker shipment and it is selected then is should be delivered when it is supposed to be. I selected FedEx Ground 4 day shipment and placed the order on Tuesday afternoon and received it the following Tuesday at 9:25 AM and then was told after placing the order it has a extended handling time. No where when or while placing the order did it say this.

The customer is required to provide an invoice to customs to release it from customs. The customer emailed us and asked us to provide an invoice which we provided. This should have allowed the customer to release from customs, however the customer left a negative feedback instead.
Perfect.
I've been looking for over five years for this product! It is the one style that seems to help my arthritic ankles, but everyone else has things too flimsy or too stiff (with braces). I'm delighted to have found you, and the product is perfect. Just the right support.

Great business that continues to improve
I have made many purchases from this company and have yet to have any issues. They have very competitive prices and free shipping which has made for great experience. They have also lately gotten much better and more proactive about any sort of delays or issues that may arise with an order.
