I ordered and my item wasn’t processed…
I ordered and my item wasn’t processed until 3 weeks later. I understand that there may have been a lack of stock but at least let me know. I had to reach out in order to get updated. Updated to one star for horrible customer service with response to this review. They had no problem sending confirmation to the email that I “miskeyed” when it shipped but couldn’t reach out for delayed shipping

For those who can, and bother to read it, every item with extended handling time features the message "Extended Handling" right above the add to cart button and if you click on that message it explains what that means and that you can contact us with questions. Furthermore, we proactively send emails out to all customers with items that take longer and we send that to the email address the customer provides us with. If the customer miskeys that information, unfortunately we are not able to know unless the customer reaches out to us.
Unknown shipping time
You never know when are you going to receive your order. It takes couple weeks.

This review is 100% false, customer requested a return by email on March 28, and we replied IMMEDIATELY that he was approved to return the order. The customer has not done that and instead chose to try to blackmail us with bad TP feedback into a full refund with no return to get a free item.
When we try to call the customer, it goes straight to voicemail and then states the mailbox is full meaning we cannot reach this customer in any way. Sounds very much like a scam.

I didn’t have any trouble finding the Klein Tools items by their part numbers. Once I placed the order, I got shipping notifications and they arrived in perfect condition. Trying to deal with Home Depot is almost impossible.
