Great service from EireMed. I received my order very quickly at my house, and everything was perfect. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely order from them again.

I had a great experience with the EireMed team from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions I had. It was clear that customer service is a real priority for them, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everyone I dealt with was professional and genuinely happy to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EireMed to anyone looking for excellent service.

​I placed an order over a month ago (over €228). Since then, it’s been a constant cycle of "it’s coming next week" emails. I finally got "costumer support" on the phone who promised me faithfully that the full order was being dispatched immediately.
​The result?
A package arrived today containing only half the order.
​It seems there is a recurring pattern here (check their recent Trustpilot and other reviews) where they tell you what you want to hear on the phone just to get you off the line, but they don't actually have the stock or the intention to ship.
​I’ve now issued a formal Final Notice and am moving to:
​Small Claims Court (Cost is only €25, highly recommend to anyone else in my boat).
​Bank Chargeback for "Goods Not Received."
​CCPC Report for misleading trading practices.
​If you’re thinking of ordering syringes or supplies from them, don't. Save yourself the stress and the month of ghosting. If you're already waiting on an order, stop emailing them and go straight to your bank for a chargeback.
​Has anyone else successfully managed to get a refund from them recently without going to court?

So ive made 2 orders from this company. 1st one not a problem received within a reasonable time after the purchase.. 2nd delivery made on 20th December 2025, its now the 19th Feb and still not received my order. Not email to say what the delay was,I had to send them a few emails asking about my order,eventually they replied to say out of stock I told them I wait the week or two to restock. That was a month ago .. Will not be ordering from this site again .

Is this a phantom company?? Wrote to them twice enquiring about one of their advertised products - zero response. Called them and asked some questions about one of their products, couldn’t answer straight away so said they would call back later…….after a few days and not having been contacted, called again and they said they would call back…….Still waiting and that was weeks ago.
Based on the above, I would recommend anyone who is thinking of placing an order/making payment by card to bear in mind my experience - phantom company, or so it would seem.

This website says next day delivery if ordered before noon , I ordered mid April , no delivery as of yet , absolutely no update on product until I rang , not very confident staff on whether I would receive the product the following week , still no product & no information on same , have just cancelled order via email , awaiting refund … there’s no problem if you don’t have a product in stock but I find being honest & sharing that information helpful !

Purchased a defib, great experience from the team there

I ordered 2 items on 9 July. Both items were available on the website with a 2 day delivery. After 3 days, I rang to see what was happening. The answer was they were waiting for one of the items to come in !
They said that they would be there in a few days, and they would send them out.
I waited a few more days then rang back to be told someone would call me. - No call.
Rang the next day (today) to be told someone would call me back - no call. I asked about the company, and was told that the girl who answers the phone is just a receptionist, and the other 2 people were both on calls.
I told her to cancel my order, - she can't do that, she's the receptionist.
Is this a real company - you decide, but I wouldn't order anything from them again.
