Very bad services

Very bad services, always their system down, they don't care about customers , once they gut the money, early they will cancel your reservation, they will not proved you another one , they will not return your money in the same time, they return it after 2 weeks and steal some of it

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I booked a ticket through them and when I tried to changed it they ask for a large amount of money. They claim this amount is from the airline. When I checked the airline they told me this is not correct and unfortunately you have been deceived by such a website.
This was my first and last time to use this website

I booked so many times with ejazah

I booked so many times with ejazah. Now i wont. They are not refunding my money 1595 sar from 2 months. They say we didnt recieve from airline. I called airline yesterday they said its with travel company you booked with. They dont reply my emails. I have sent them mails from 4th may still no reply. Sent yesterday no reply. Today no reply.
They even dont call back or answer phone callss. Please help what to do with them

They deducted 200 SAR cancellation fee…

They deducted 200 SAR cancellation fee for my hotel room booking through website. This was not in agreement with the booking conditions. It was clearly mentioned in the booking terms that they do not charge cancellation fee.

Ejazah, it's a wonderful company!

The first time I booked my trip by the phone, the service was fantastic by customer service team, and the last time i decided to try booking by website, and really it's so easy and flexible, and then i changed my flight date, i called customer service team and they helped me immediately, ejazah it's my choice to travel over the world, it's a wonderful company.
