This service is actually working quite well. You just need to be patient if you're having trouble.
I signed up and deposited some funds. The funds did not show up in the account. I wrote to customer service, who did not really answer for a couple of hours, so I was really under the impression I was scammed. I left a "scam" review right here that I'm now editing... Within about 12 hours, however, I did receive a response, and someone was kind enough to fix things where the balance did show up. From there I've used a couple of their services, and they all worked as expected. This is now going to be my go-to destination for the services they provide, while knowing that it does take them quite some time to respond to customer issues

Update: I wrote a bad review earlier (out of impatience and a bit of hypervigilance as someone who is been burned a bunch of times by scammers online) and now I'm back to eat humble pie. The site reached out and solved my issue. The funds have been added to my account and I can't wait to get back to using their service again. The delayed response was explained as a challenge of time difference and I am accepting it so my rating is changed to reflect that too. The support person I talked to also seemed really genuine and they were so helpful and kind so, in conclusion, great site, great service and great support, just be a little more patient.

Old Review: I have made several purchases from them in the past without much of a problem. The funds usually reflect in my account in seconds.
However today, I tried to add my highest funds yet and things didn't go as well. The amount I was given to send was 40.000600 but I accidentally sent 40.00600. So I was off by one 0 and consequently, the funds did not show up in my account. I immediately contacted the support to tell them. They responded within an hour to ask for the order ID and a screenshot from the wallet I sent the money from. I sent them the requested items within 10 minutes. They stopped responding after that. I waited for 3 hours without any response, watching them come online and go offline. I finally messaged them again after the 3 hours. They still didn't respond. It's been over 13 hours and they still do not respond. I have sent several messages since then and every time they come "online" presumably to read it, but they don't say anything and leave again. I am starting to believe that they have no intention of helping resolve the issue.
I was going to do a lot more business with them, thousands of dollars worth of business but if their support in my time of need is this unreliable, then they cannot be trusted and I will find another service.
My conclusion is, the site seems to work well but pray you don't run into a problem because nobody will help you and you will likely lose your money and waste your time. I recommend doing your research and finding a more reliable service that will actually handle issues seriously.

I placed an order 5 days ago and paid with bitcoins and contacted them but they said they have not received my payment yet and asked for screenshot of payment which I sent a screenshot of my bitcoin statement, wallet sent from, wallet sent to and I even sent the link to blockchain explorer which has all transaction details. Since then they have not replied, no word from any nobody and I have been contacting through their website and my email severally ,
