Needed some 6mm 3 core armoured power cable with cat6a ethernet for a new garden room I'm about to have built (my Electrician told me what to get).
Messaged Electrical4Less before buying to find out what the delivery estimates were going to be, and then placed my order.
Cable arrived next day.
Everyone was extremely helpful from my question pre ordering to a query I had post ordering, right through to the delivery driver.
Would defo use again and highly recommend.

I’ve become a repeat customer with these guys and genuinely I find their services are first class. Delivery is always spot on, even Saturdays are made free of charge. Prices are super competitive. Even when I’ve had a couple of defects with faulty RCBOs (manufacture issues) they’d send a replacement with no quibbles. I even get the odd free gifts with hats and t shirts.

Emailed a query regarding Sync Boxes (worth checking out for TV or computer monitor installations) response received with 30 minutes. Submitted a request for a quotation via the portal and received a very competitive price soon after. Placed the order, which was delivered the next day by DPD within the one hour slot that I was advised of. The level of customer service from Electrical4less is way above other companies and if you telephone, the call is answered promptly by a helpful real person, without going through a load of annoying menu's, or "speaking" to an AI chatbot.

Finding what I needed on the website was easy, mainly because I knew exactly what I was looking for, ordering and paying was easy enough. All my items arrived within a couple of days and was well packaged, lights are already up and all work perfectly.

If I could give them ten stars, I would!

Recently place an order on line and when we received confirmation we realised that some of the supplies were on back order. One phone call later and the problem was sorted. Very helpful lady on the phone (sorry I didn’t get her name) made sure that everything we ordered got to us exactly on time by having some of the items delivered directly to us from the manufacturer.
Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

Ordered Hamilton litestat 743XLEDITB100 on Amazon. Order cancelled by seller with no explanation. Email sent to seller by Amazon asking why order had been cancelled but no response. Would not recommend this seller.

Very helpful , quick to deliever

Great service, good prices, and very helpful advice. An electrician promised to call me back, and did, twice. Then they transferred a component from another consumer unit to the one I wanted as it was otherwise "out of stock" so they could despatch the same day. They also have very compact metal consumer units, a rare find and perfect for our overcrowded meter cupboard.
