coffee is great, customer service sucks

I set up an auto-ship of coffee to family for a gift over a year ago. I'm tole the day the shipment arrives is their happiest day of the month. Always timely and email updates let me know when it ships and delivered.

I like your coffees. However, I would buy more of your coffee if only you sold it by the 1-pound bag instead of 12 oz. I know it would cost more, but it would be more convenient and I despise the continued downsizing of unit sizes instead of an appropriate increase of cost.

Tried Blue Moose, wanted something stronger, ordered Velvet. Website shows Velvet as a dark roast, but what arrived was labeled medium roast and tasted lighter than Blue Moose. Also had the pull tab on the bag tear off before opening the bag. Disappointed.

Great coffee as usually and stellar customer service. The only thing I would recommend is that if an ordered subscription coffee ends up not being in stock, please reach out to the customer to see if they'd like to replace it with another or are willing to wait. Other than that, I love the coffee and customer service!

I have been trying to contact Electric city Roasting co. for 2 weeks and i call and leave messages about my order, Leave my contact info etc... I went on chat and sat there for our an hour, than finally asked them to call me regarding my order .. I left all my info and still no return phone call.. no email.. nothing.... I like their coffee but i have an issue with the flavoring of my two last auto ship..

The customer service is excellent and I am really enjoying the coffee so far. I signed up for the mystery coffee subscription and I love both roasts I've tried so far. I had a minor issue because I live nearby and preferred local pickup but got my first order shipped and had to pay the shipping fee. I might have made the error when signing up, or it might have been a computer glitch or a mistake in their system, but it didn't matter because they fixed it asap and refunded the shipping with no hassles or questions. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anybody that like good fresh coffee.
