Kauf abgebrochen weil sie Ausweis wollten wegen einem key. Dann hieß es Geld kommt in 2 bis 3 Tagen zurück. Plötzlich hieß es 5 Tage und bis jetzt, 10 Tage keine Reaktion mehr und die 80 Euro sind weg. Scam und Betrug meiner Meinung nach.

Hice una compra en esta web porque prometían “entrega rápida" . Justo después de pagar, la página cambió mágicamente a “6-12 horas”. Ya han pasado más de 12 horas y sigo sin recibir absolutamente nada.
Además, me cobraron 0,48€ extra que en ningún momento aparecía en el precio. En la web ponen claramente “precio final con impuestos incluidos”, pero al pagar me sumaron ese cargo oculto sin explicación.
El pedido sigue en estado “Tratamiento”, sin avances ni comunicación seria por parte de la tienda. He pagado mi dinero, pero no tengo mi producto. Esto es un claro incumplimiento de contrato y un engaño hacia el consumidor.
Me parece totalmente inaceptable que una página que se publicita como “rápida y confiable” actúe de esta forma. Estoy guardando todas las capturas de pantalla y no dudaré en compartir un vídeo explicando la situación para que otros compradores no caigan en lo mismo.
No recomiendo esta tienda bajo ningún concepto:
Publicidad engañosa en los plazos de entrega.
Cobros ocultos en el precio final.
Incumplimiento de lo prometido.
Falta total de transparencia.
Si valoras tu dinero y tu tiempo, busca otra tienda más seria.

I would give zero star if I could. I placed the order when it was $8. Right after I placed the order they changed the price to $18. They emailed me saying it out of stock will take 6-12 hrs to be back in stock. After 6 hrs they sent me an email saying cancelled my order due to the price adjustment. This is false advertisement and wasted of my time

I just bought an Animal Crossings Account. I have to admit: It gave me quite some stress seeing a couple of bad reviews online. But now a couple of hours later, my kid is happily playing.
The process wasn't that easy, but clearly & detailed explained.
So eventually nothing but happy faces from my end!

I purchased an activation key for Windows 11 for the absurdly low price of around £5. It didn't work. I thought hey-ho, worth a try, what the hell.
On the off-chance I clicked their "contact us" button. What a service that was! Within 90 mins I had had three replies.
The first one telling me exactly what I needed to screen shot so that they could help. The second telling me that I had bought an activation key for Windows 11 home but that I had the Pro version. I bought the pro version, again for around £5 and it worked perfectly. Third message refunded my first £5. I have never had customer service as good as this for a £5 purchase. ( Except for Amazon of course)

Zuerst musste ich durch eine Verifizierung bei dem ich ein Foto von meinem Ausweis machen musste was schon Zeit kostete und danach verlangten sie ein Foto von meinem Ausweis neben meinem Gesicht.
Unnötiger Zeitaufwand der noch nicht gereicht hat, denn dann war plötzlich der Key ausverkauft. Unseriöser geht nicht mehr

He tenido un problema con una cuenta de Spotify de 1 año que he comprado con ellos y he tenido que terminar haciendo la reclamación con PayPal, no me han resuelto mi problema, me han mareado a preguntas hasta que me he cansado, cuidado con las compras en esta página.

The Steam key I was given never worked, and they never provided a refund after I contacted them several times. I'd never recommend this site.

Mi sono ritrovata un accredito non autorizzato da parte di questa azienda, senza aver mai acquistato nulla. Ho chiesto un rimborso, visto che non sto usufruendo di nessun servizio, per ora non mi hanno risposto.

I’ve bought two games from them and the process is sometimes kinda long but they have all the steps written perfectly and its easy to follow. Sometimes you even get bonus games on the account which is fun. Its more than half the price I would pay for the game normally so im forever grateful. Also their support works perfectly and they are very kind 🫶🏻

I deal with small businesss it this company are great on promise low on delivery Yesterday I ordered and paid for a game I have not even received now I am told it is out of stock this is not true

The customer support is poor to frustrating and as yet I have not had much feedback from anyone at strongly advise apply as much pressure as you can - I am very disappointed

Perfect service with a very minor payment problems although it may have just been my bank. Would recommend!!
