Easy and fast.

Every time I've visited the store in Cleveland, TN, my wife and I have always felt welcomed and well taken care of. I would highly recommend doing business there. We also want to thank Chase for always helping us out.

Purchased Open Box AV Receiver online. Did not receive $25 off $250 or more purchase. Emailed Customer Service and asked to fix, ignored, no response. Had to drive 75 miles each way to pick up, no shipping offered or available. No Remote could be found at store and a request for price reduction so I could buy a replacement Remote was declined at store. This was a horrible purchase experience and I will never shop there again.

Easy ordering process, great communication regarding delivery, and fantastic delivery guys- very polite, set refrigerator up, removed all tape & stickers, and hauled garbage away! Fridge was ready to load!

I originally was making the purchase online for delivery because it said free local delivery either I missed it or it wasn't printed I did not know that the delivery was coming from Nashville which is 150 mi from where I live so I ended up canceling that order and driving 5 miles to the store and picking up the TV there the staff at the store was very helpful and friendly got my TV got it paid for and they even loaded it into the back of my car

The delivery and workers were great, as well as communication with the customer representative!! I’m enjoying the washer and dryer too!!

I can’t remember the exact date we bought the computer but it was in December 2024. Once we bought it, we had a technical question about how to do something on setting it up so we called the store. We were told they don’t handle any questions like that so we would have to call customer service. Strange how the salesperson was answering our questions in the store, although he was having to refer to Google for answers! We called the customer service line only for a very rude hateful lady to answer the phone . She had another phone number so we called and literally hung up the phone after 50 minutes!!! No answer! Overall horrible customer value after the purchase and zero customer help after the purchase! We will never be back and will warn others!!

Christian and his partner were very quick, professional, and efficient with their time and movements. They did an outstanding job if delivering my items. And the support from EE was top notched. You guys informed me about the delivery date and time on multiple days. This helped us to prepare for you coming.
