I ordered online and called the store ahead of time to confirm the item was in stock and undamaged. An employee told me they physically checked the box, confirmed everything was good, and said the order would be ready for pickup.
I then drove an hour and a half to the store. When I arrived, the order was not ready for pickup, and once they finally located it, I was told they could not release the order and parts were missing. The same box I was told had been checked was clearly incomplete.
I waited at the store for over an hour and a half, only to leave with nothing. The entire trip was a waste of time due to misinformation and poor communication.
This was an all-around terrible experience, especially after confirming everything in advance.

Delivery was on time. Men were very polite and helpful. Placed machines inside. Great service.

Can I give you less than one star. My experience was horrible. You delivered a dishwasher when the bottom was opened a piece was missing. When I called and talked to Alex and he said well order the part and have it put on and we will credit you that money. Really!! I said no he said well then we can come get it but you will have to wait 35 days for a credit to your account. Really! It was delivered on Wednesday 6-17 I called on Thursday 6-18 less than 24 hours after delivery. He said you don't do returns and replacements no matter how short the time frame. So, I will not be getting any appliances from you for any of my rentals. You have lost a customer and I will tell everyone how you only care about a sale and not what gets delivered or helping the customer.

You cancelled my order and didn't bothered call me to le me know and had to make call with the fiance company to get straight out. Will never buy here again

I needed a basic dryer . The salesperson helped me find one that fit my needs and didn’t pressure me at all. Then the delivery team came when we were available and were super efficient.

Quick and easy service, had me on my way in less than 15 minutes

All was well until the delivery time. Waited two entire days at home waiting while being told the delivery is on the way. Store blamed it on a third party delivery service but was it was the store that recommended that service. Calls to store or delivery service were not returned. A complete waste of our time. We finally cancelled the order and got our money back.

I went to the Heritage TN store and talked with the young man about your outlet store. He was very helpful and told me who I needed to talk with. The following day I went to the Belle Meade store, found the appliance. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Good Experience.

I went to the store to buy a tv shown as in stock on the website. Well, the tv was not in stock but a similar one was available in the warehouse. I paid for it and it was to arrive at the store for me to pick up four days later. When I went to pick it up, there was no tv and I was told it was sold out. No notification that my tv didn’t ever arrive, no effort to make things right. I suppose Electronic Express was just going to keep my money and hope I never showed up to get my tv? And what did the associate suggest I do now that I had waited all week for a non-existent tv? She said I could go to WalMart. Horrible, horrible service.

We had a great experience! We found a washer/dryer set that we love and had them delivered the same day. The salesperson was very helpful.

The website made sense and was easy to select and purchase the product, ie the Kenwood speakers. The price is competitive and low for a high quality speaker set. The different payment choices was also a big plus. I'd rather buy stuff from you guys than the big box stores and the jungle website. Thanks!!
