Employees acknowledged us when we walked in but when told them we were picking up an online order because uninterested. We went to check out counter where a man looked up order and said they would be back with item. It was sprinkling and they did not want to load in our vehicle. Made us wait 30 minutes or so without explanation until we asked why. Finally a female employee asked us and helped load washing machine.

Order only partially full filled and I can’t get a response from the company.

We bought our appliance Refer,Washer,Dryer.and big 65" TV from Nevada had everything installed and working when we arrived. Great Price and Service

We have made three purchases within the last few months and have been satisfied every time. Our first purchase was a dishwasher and Tony, the sales rep, was very helpful and guided us to a brand we would not have even considered and we are so satisfied with our new dishwasher. My husband and I have purchased two televisions and Jose took the time to explain different features available and educated us about a brand we were not familiar with, and we are very satisfied with our new televisions. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent. We will definitely return when we need any electronics in the future.

I was purchasing an open box item online and getting someone else to pick it up for me. I called the store and they made sure that all was well with the item. Everything went smoothly and the product looks brand new.

Easy Pickup with carry out.

We bought a new steam washer and dryer that was delivered on a Thursday. The dryer was scratched and damaged. They offered us $70 off to take the damaged dryer. We refused the dryer. Instead of making good with a speedy delivery of a new dryer, I cannot get a new one for 5 days. I cannot wash clothes because the water has to be off because of the steam feature between the washer and dryer. Clothes are piling up. Very unhappy with the delivery service used by Electronic express. They were not nice or helpful when we tried to get an earlier delivery.

It was delivered on time and installed on time

From the salesman to the delivery everything went smoothly! Everyone was helpful and professional.

Salesman was very knowledgeable on appliances and prices with rebates were pretty good.

Excellent customer service on the part of the 2 salesmen that worked with me. Delivery of the appliances happened when EE said it would. I have one more appliance to buy & I will definitely go back to Electronic Express!

Went in to purchase an open box tv. Website said it was there at Springhill TN store. Got there, it wasn’t there. Old bait and switch. Bought the one in box, however I’m very disappointed in Best Buy’s for not giving me the one in the box for the open box price. Scam!

Love the place . Got my washer and dryer . Got my freezer . My wife got a speaker that on sale .

First and foremost, I would give a five for the outstanding customer service I received on the purchase of my new refrigerator. I had had a terrible experience with a local big box store and was not happy with the thoughts of working with another However, Tony and the store manager worked diligently to advise me on my purchase. The only reason for the 4 star rating was due to the delivery personnel not contacting me the day prior giving me an appropriate time of delivery and lack of notification 30 minutes prior to arrival. It all worked itself out but the company needs to be aware that processes and procedures were not followed in this area. At any rate, I am sold on Electronic Express and will return for future needs.
