Rachelle, my online customer service rep was AMAZING!!! She is the reasonnfor the 5 stars and the reason you will have a returning customer. She was so nice and communication was great. She was able to turn my stress into a better situation and went above and beyond to get my fridge delivery moved up a week! Every company needs a Rachelle on their payroll! She deserves a raise!!!

Super inventory at magnificent prices. Customer service is always pleasant. Placing an order and checkout is easy and painless. Shipment of items is as advertised..”fast”. I live outside of the delivery area so I have a few days more to wait fur actual delivery of items.. but their freight handlers do have a nice website to allow you to follow the movements of items. The freight handling company Ceva Logistics is nice and ready to help with issues as well.

Have not bought anything yet, but had an amazing customer service

I called the day after I ordered the Vizio TV and was told it shipped, a week later i got an email saying it shipped that day im a trucker so I needed to know when it was going to be delivered so it did not sit on my porch. A lady was very rude and told me she was ok with me canceling my order and go eles where because of this i would not order again from Eletonic Express.

The buying part went extremely well. Only problem was on delivery end. Did not come on expected date. Was about 3 days later. In fairness, I should say the truck was broken down on my delivery date, hence, the need to reschedule.

I paid for new washing machine to be delivered and set up. I received a damaged one and when I complained they offered me 110$ off the 1000$ washing machine to take it. I was told this was last one and i would have to go on the site and start over with my order if I didn't take this one. I politely told them to keep it and give me a full refund including my delivery/ set up and removal fees also. They knew when they loaded this order what they were doing was to get my money one way or another! I have had good service in last years but this was poor service all around. I went that afternoon to Lowes, ordered my washer and it was delivered the next day and installed! I even saved money!
EE did call me back the next day to reschedule the delivery "since I wasn't home for the first delivery" i said i was home and retold the story and again asked for full refund again"

Everything was flawless. Washer and dryer came quickly and delivery and set up was exceptional!

Product never came.

Don’t ask me if I checked with ABC. I understand how this works. Item was returned 3/23. Waiting on refund.

I ordered online but the washer was super small what made the experience was good was when we went to the Cleveland location in the gentleman helped us figure out which one was actually right for us

I received what I ordered in good time and in good shape

I ordered a Bosch washer dryer set here because I saved $200 on the set.
They charge $199 for 6 day delivery, so it said. No haul away or installation offered.
I promptly got rid of my old set anticipating the delivery.
I verified my outlet plug type so I’d get the adapter for the machines.
Once my items was shipped, they provided no additional support. My set sat somewhere mid-delivery for nearly 2 weeks. When I contacted Electronic Express they denied a 6 day delivery, I have screen shots, and offered no help. They said I was not able to cancel or get a refund until they received the set back to them in new condition. How can I do that, if it hasn’t got here? It finally arrived and they were wrapped up well. The dryer however had dirt or soil all over inside the packaging. I’m not about to try to deal with them on this. Also the wrong adapter was included, and they do not have the correct one in stock! So I had to find it and pay expedited shipping as the laundry piles up! Terrible service bad company period. Big mistake ordering here. I’d gladly pay more for good service.

I purchased from Electronics Express in the past and I was very pleased with their website, selection and service. That is why I have made a recent purchase. I still received the same great service, especially how they quickly shipped out my order to me.
