Had a very difficult time finding a Yeti Rambler Rescue Red cap/lid. Unavailable from Yeti, Amazon, and several other vendors. Found it here from a Google search. So glad I found this site. I had a mix up (my error not theirs) and customer service responded to me within the hour. First class operation in my opinion.

I ordered an appliance from the website that was supposedly in stock for next day delivery. There was no delivery and the entire week was an endless series of phone calls where I was given the run-around about inventory issues and how they have to “find” one. I was advised to just place a second order for store pickup and go get it myself — far less convenient, but ok. When I arrived at the store they tried to give me the dented floor model even though I ordered a new one. Again, the inventory count is completely unreliable. A helpful employee finally searched the system, called around, and found what I needed at a store an hour away — even less convenient but a light at the end of the tunnel! I have never had to work so hard to make a large purchase. I will stick with Lowe’s or Home Depot in the future.

Had the same deal as Best Buy…but theirs was in stock! Had to pay shipping (at a very reasonable cost), and no taxes…so it was a win for me. The delivery service men were nice and the delivery was on time.

Ordered 3 roku tv's and 2 wall mounts, received the 3 televisions and one of the wall mounts. Now waiting for a 10 to 14 day UPS search for the mount that didn't show up. No offer to send another mount while waiting for UPS to find it. Frustrating to have this tv setting here paid for and not able to use. Have traded at the store before and been very satisfied, the online experience while simple to do, lacks something to be desired when it comes to completing the deal.

I ordered a TV on cyber Monday that was on sale and it was never delivered. The tracking shows it was never delivered. I called Electronic Express on the 10th and the lady I spoke with said they would file a claim with UPS and to call back the next week for resolution. I called back the following week and spoke to a different lady. This lady informed me the first one had never filed the claim and she would. At this point I asked for another TV be sent. She informed me that wasn't possible and it was my bad luck I had bought it on sale and it was missing. I asked for a refund and she said it was company policy to wait for the company to receive their claim payout from UPS before refunding me. She had no idea how long that would take as "that's up to UPS." Meanwhile I have no TV and have paid a lot of money for merchandise I havent received that tracking shows I haven't received.

This is an odd one... They listed an item as a third-party seller at BestBuy.com for a lower price than they did on their own website. However, they then reported to BestBuy that they were out of stock despite having it in stock on their website at a much higher price! I contacted customer support (Justin) and they claimed they couldn't do anything or match THEIR OWN PRICE. It's like they allowed BB to list it at a lower price so that it comes up in searches and people would then go with the Best Buy or Electronic Express sites higher price. I don't know what kind of shady business deals they have with Best Buy but this is enough to drive me away!

My order did not get to me in a timely manner and today I'd Dec 12th and I still don't have it. I did not get a call or email saying it was delayed I had to call them. I was made to feel unappreciated as a valued customer.

Absolutely terrible experience with Electronic Express. I purchased an item during their Black Friday sale, and what did they send me? A damaged product right out of the box. When I contacted customer service expecting at least a little help, the representative was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the issue, they refused to honor the sale price I originally paid—even though the only reason I needed a replacement was because THEY sent me a defective item.
It’s unbelievable that a company would treat paying customers this way. Between the damaged merchandise and the nasty attitude from their support team, I will NEVER shop with Electronic Express again. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values customers and stands behind what they sell.

Several days after ordering and it still showing processing, even after my card being charged, I had to sit on the phone with customer service just to find out they didn't even hwve the tv in stock that I ordered.
