Obsolete Part Alternative
Simon was extremely helpful in providing us with an alternative product, to replace an obsolete part, that was required to be fitted on a lift on the London Underground system, to ensure that the lift wasn't removed from service.

I rang quite late in the day and was very pleasantly surprised to be answered by a very friendly, knowledgeable assistant who made me know i had reached the right people.
My order duly arrived just as they said it would on time and correct.
They are my go to people now.

False Advertising
Purchased 2 x Items, was told that the price displayed online was incorrect and I would have to pay more. We then spoke to a Manager there who was not bothered at all and just wanted more money out of us. Not our problem that you have advertised them at the wrong price. Still not changed on your website!! - Was not offered 10% Discount at all - Was told to pay the extra or have a refund. We do not work for a competitor, we own our business in repairing machines.

Thank you for your for taking the time to leave a review Dominic or Tim? We apologies for the incorrect price on the one item you ordered two off. Which came to lights when you placed your order and corrected the error within 24hrs, hope this did not inconvenience you. We have also check the rest of the Guardmaster product prices, were and are all correct.
"False Advertising" or an Incorrect price? You were notified by telephone within 1/2hrs of you placing your online order request. Offered option to cancel the order for a full refund, or purchase item at the correct price less -10% as a good will gesture. You said you would discuss with your boss get back to me. My colleague received a call from a very aggressive person call Tim Richardson threatening legal action, Trading standards and so on. Request Tim call the manager me Simon to move forward. I took a call from who I was told was Dominic, but latter turned out to be Tim nothing but threats and aggression. Thankfully most of our customers are understanding and realize when an error occurs we go out of our way to put things right. Would not be surprised if Tim is not linked in some way to a competitor. I notice this review is written by tim@go4greener.co.uk and labeled as Dominic not all is what it appears on this one.
