Your technician "Daniel E" was amazing and stuck by me when I didn't think I'd ever get my site on line...! Can't say enough about his great attitude and was always positive in dealing "with the next step"... I'm still working on my "Contact Page" trying to get it going, but I'll be in contact soon for some more great advise...Many thanks...!!!

Daniel in customer support is fantastic at helping migration. With Elements and Elements Platform, I feel like I have hit the lottery.

Support was extremely helpful with purchasing the domain name and having everything set up. They were also helpful with adding the MX records so I could redirect to the mail server of my choice. They are also extremely responsive, usually addressing issues in a few hours.

Easy to setup with the help of the Elements Hosting staff. They were (at setup) and since are very helpful in answering questions that tend to creep up. I've only had a couple of questions come up that were quickly answered.

Fantastic assistance by Dan E. I could never have moved my hosting from Chillidog/Exact to Elements Hosting without his help. I had several domains each with different requirements including databases and shopping, inventory and payment programs. Hours of work on his side, patient audio zoom calls and site testing and tweaking all with a knowledgeable and helpful agent. While I am an advanced beginner, I have no coding or backend knowledge but, most importantly throughout the three days (yes, three days of converting), Dan E was never patronizing. My sites have been transferred, the structure of the dashboard easy to follow, my store up and running and Dan has made me wonder why it took me so long to switch. If there were a way to thank him with a coffee or breakfast I would. I am very pleased with the Elements Platform.

Elements has evolved into a great web development tool. There is a learning curve, but afterwards the app is simple to use. There are many tailwind CSS resources on the web with copy and paste into your project for additional components. However the Store has opened with developers adding in their components, like stacks when using RapidWeaver.
It’s exciting to see the evolution of Elements over the past year or so. I had reservations about changing to Elements initially but with time and project development, I find it easy to put pages together with all the resources coming out. My site is about presenting information to others about family history, so new components are fun to explore to draw in people to learn.
Elements is one of those web development apps that has been fun to use. The AI Bot is very helpful in giving me ideas when I get stuck with a CSS or other problem. The forum is helpful as well but I don’t have to wait to find someone to give me an answer.
There are so many positives about Elements and I am very satisfied with the Elements app.
I forgot to mention that I also use their hosting service. Dan was very helpful to get my site transferred and set up with their services. I've had a couple of questions come up that were quickly responded to by Dan.
Elements also has a CMS portion which is still being further developed. It has some basic functioning to keep my blog functional. I understand that further development is ongoing currently with new options.

Should you just be starting out, Elements offers templates, video, manual and support options to get you on the internet quickly with impressive results. Over a short learning timeline you’ll realize the seemingly unlimited avenues to creativity this web design software offers. The founders and the forum for users are an incredible support network. The addition of a streamlined Elements Hosting service with ease of setup, intuitive administration, and, again, great support seals the deal.
