Do not order from this company! It’s been almost 2 months and I haven’t received my order! I tried to contact them they sent me a tracking number which it says it’s not even in the system! I tried to contact them again and they just ignore me! I left a negative comment on Instagram and they deleted it but not answer to my email or Instagram message! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

First time ordering from Elenfhant and I must say I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. That being said, people tend to write about negative experiences more often than positive ones. Anyway, our order arrived safely and quicker than expected. It was wrapped beautifully and there was nothing missing. The shipping charges were also very reasonable. It's been difficult to get a hold of European branded toys recently (thanks brexit) and Elenfhant are one of the companies still shipping to the uk which is greatly appreciated. Thank you for a positive shopping experience

Ik zocht naar een bepaalde pop en had bij verschillende shops navraag gedaan. Elenphant (Petra) reageerde meteen dezelfde avond en beloofde de leverancier te contacten. De volgende dag kreeg ik al uitsluitsel en toen de pop eenmaal bij Elenphant binnen was had ik het de volgende dag al in huis. Súper klantvriendelijk en snelle service.

I bought from this e shop. However, when I returned the item and asked for a refund, they ignored my letters and did not return the money. Never buy here if you don’t want to lose your money.

Het informatieve telefoontje voor aankoop van een rockerboard was heel prettig. Toen ik belde met een klacht, (vlekken op het hout, plank van 150 euro) werd er kortaf en onvriendelijk gereageerd. Ik moest maar mailen. 2 keer gemaild, nooit meer iets gehoord. Ik heb het board maar in gebruik genomen... Vreselijk, zo'n slechte service. En dan verkondigen ze wel dat ze zo trots zijn op het feit dat ze wereldwijd spullen verkopen. Schaam je!

I have ordered with Elenfhant several times and always a great experience. Petra is very kind and helpful.

AWFUL AND DISHONEST Sent only 6 out of 9 items ordered. I asked for them to either send the missing items or refund them. Ignoring my emails / IG messages and 6 weeks later asking me to return all the items at my own expense (£20 shipping) when they were Christmas gifts which I no longer have.

EDIT - Well, this review prompted a 12 minutes phone call from a very aggressive and rude man. I saw the Netherlands number so knew it was them and thought they were calling to apologise for not replying to my messages and find a solution. He said I was lying that they had sent the full order and kept cutting me off. He said they had a photo of my order (which they could have easily recreated). I know the items were missing. I checked the parcel twice, took everything out and broke the box down. The phone call left me in tears and shaking. Awful company. Avoid at all cost.

Slecht bereikbaar en niet klantgericht.

I ordered some lights and sent a direct message to the owner "Petra" on instagram asking when they would be shipped. She responded and said she had just been to the post office to ship them, I then received the track & trace number, this was on Saturday 12th December and I received them on Wednesday 16th December and they were wrapped beautifully. Excellent service being that they were shipped from the Netherlands and I am in the UK. Would highly recommend.

Mooie webshop met groot aanbod. Ik vind het alleen niet lekker zoeken op de shop. Ik geef toch weinig sterren omdat het klantcontact slecht is. Ik heb een mail gestuurd en later ook een instagram bericht gestuurd met de vraag wanneer ik mijn pakketje kon verwachten en op beide berichten heb ik geen antwoord gehad. Daarnaast is de verzending traag; 8 dagen later werd het pakketje pas bezorgd. Spulletjes waren wel heel leuk ingepakt, maar ik miste toch ook het persoonlijke briefje die vaak vanuit dit soort webshops wordt meegestuurd.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I purchased a doll for my child's birthday on May 2 and did not receive it until the first week of August! I emailed the owner many times to ask where my doll was and she had no idea. She blamed it on COVID-19, but that makes no sense. All my other mail has been arriving just fine. After I had my bank stop payment in July because it seemed that it was never going to arrive, she had no idea where it was, and she was refusing to refund me, she accused me of committing a crime. I paid for the doll in full but would not wish this store or owner on anyone. Awful experience. Stay away.

Helaas een beschadigd product ontvangen en mailtjes worden gewoon genegeerd. Heel heel klantonvriendelijk!

TL;DR: Do not buy from this website.

This store has a beautiful selection of children's products. I bought a few toys from this site including a Large Grimm's Rainbow. When the product arrived, I noticed some major defects including splinters and holes - completely unsafe for children. I wrote to the store with photos of the defects attached as soon as I got the items and checked them, and after a number of back and forth emails which took a long time, the owner claims that these are "natural markings" on the wood. I'm not sure which person would agree that splinters and holes in children's toys would qualify as natural markings, and let alone be sold as children's toys!

I'm absolutely disappointed as I really want to support independent businesses. However, this site is not trustworthy, and suggest finding an alternative.

De website is mooi en de collectie ook. Maar slechte klantenservice. Ik had 2 dagen na bestellen een mail gestuurd om te vragen wanneer ik mijn pakket kon verwachten, maar ik kreeg geen reply.

Tevens klopt de omschrijving van artikelen niet. Ik moest daarom het grootste deel van mijn bestelling terug sturen. Dit moet ik echter zelf betalen. Dat is niet terecht wanneer de beschrijving niet juist is. Ik heb hierover gemaild, maar ook daar nooit antwoord op gehad.

Erg jammer van zo’n op het eerste gezicht leuke winkel. Nu maar hopen dat ik mn geld spoedig terug krijg.
