I like the products, but they ignore their contact form submissions and don't respond to the phone. Given that I value customer service - and there's lots of competition - I ended up using Vape Superstore instead.

I started using Vapes last Stoptober - after 50 years of cigarettes I decided it was time. I've tried a few different disposables, Elf Bars are the worst! They don't last long at all - a few hours, and I don't puff continually. I've had two that I haven't been able to use at all. Within minutes of taking my first puff they started to heat up, and they got HOT! I had to put them outside, I was worried they might combust! Second time it happened I vowed never to use this brand again. And I haven't.

Very good liquids but very inconsistent battery time. I even bought one that simply did not work

I smoked Elfbar vapes for a month and started to get extremely painful stomach pains. I went to the doctors and it turned out they gave me gastritis and has to be given medication to get better. I couldn't eat, sleep, work or look after my son because the pain was so bad. I never felt anything like it before.

Bought two and both dont work. I have tried everything, sometimes it pulls but not how it should. Waste

Upon using the Elfbar 500 mate it literally started heating while I was holding it and caught fire! This product is VERY dangerous. DO NOT BUY.

bought one of these first time broke in 3 puffs..tried to exchange shop won't so wrote 3 emails sending the proof of purchase ect. no reply from this company at all so they just sell you broken product and do not exchange or answer...somebody needs to contact consumer rights or something but then you think is it worth it for 8 quid so that's how they get away with selling broken devices...just don't buy...I always smoked those blu ones no issue with but they are disposable so will go back to polluting enviroment until somebody invents a refillable that works

I regularly buy Elfa 5000 vapes and while the taste is good and it’s a smooth hit, they’re terrible for leaking liquid which is extremely unpleasant. And it’s a big waste. I’ve also had a few now where the screw cap on the pod is faulty and won’t unscrew without pulling up the panel beneath it with it, rendering it useless. At 10 quid a vape that gets expensive.

Overall, clearly very poor quality control in manufacturing. When I find another brand that competes with this particular vape, I will be switching, as I highly doubt this problem will ever be resolved.

Poor customer service.

I ordered some refillable pods, I’ve had these before, the ones this time are leaking I have photos I can show them, I emailed to tell them and I can’t get a replacement or refund, I have to fill out a form, send them back they’ll do a test on them then I might get a refund if it’s found faulty. Never mind the fact that I’ve wasted tonnes of oil with it leaking too. Where’s compensation for that? Not impressed tbh.

Sounds like they just want to avoid giving replacements. It’s obvious from the photos that they’re leaking everywhere.

They don’t even want to see the photos. Good customer service (especially as I’ve ordered before) would be to look at those photos and make a judgement from there. I don’t even understand the process they’re happy to pay their staff to check the pods but not send a replacement? Sounds like they’re just trying to put people off from getting a refund.

Will be switching brands after this.

Bought 2nd elfbar disposable same flavour from same shop in as many weeks absolutely rubbish. Don't work they don't exchange them and by the time U go through these clowns it costs more. Pathetic. Shouldn't have to dread trying something hoping it works. Obviously faulty batches get sent out

Ordered twice now.
I order the nicsalt liquids and all I've tried so far have been amazing.
Without a doubt the best nic salts on the market.
Their customer service is also extremely good.
There was a failure with a confirmation email which I was sure was on their end. I wasn't the nicest about it, found out it was a failure on my end and they were very nice to me and reassured me I would be getting my products.
Can't recommend enough.

Elfbar v2 holds more battery then liquid

Bought few bars 12k puffs for £12.99 each. They taste good for first few puffs, then you're burn the coil,my liquid if full but looks like something isn't right because taste is close to coal. I tested few bars and all have had this same problem. They do not reply for emails

Don’t ever buy this its rubbish, disposable pen cost £7.99 Disposable refills £799 each for two They are by far the worst e cigarettes ever don’t waste your money and buy this junk hardly any flavour no strength and doesn’t last long terrible terrible e cig I would not even pay a pound for this junk
