They didn’t have my flavour pods that I ordered, but it was soon sorted they sent me the same flavour but pods to a different vape and a couple of new vapes to go with the pods

Great company, however have placed two orders for solobar refills and each time they have contacted me and advised that they haven't got the flavours I requested in stock so have had to choose from what they did have. Apart from that very friendly and reasonably quick delivery.

After a bad experience previously I placed an order again after I spoke to the new management, they told me things have changed and to give them another chance, the advisor was real friendly and professional, I placed my order got it all intact and it was correct, since I have bought items twice and had no issue with anything at all, they have redeemed them selves under the new ownership. Keep it the great service up.

Again i write this review.no goods sent,no refund sent and they ignore all emails and calls.absolutely awfull site.they advertise goods they dont have,forget a refund as they dont answer emails or calls.£73 is a big amount to loose and im so angry.what does it take to stop these idiots trading and taking your money.now ive had to get bank and fraud team involved to get my money back.please use another site if you want guaranteed goods sent.

Ordered 5 months ago and they have still not sent my stuff out and not even gave me a refund this is just terrible they take my money and anthen don’t even send the products or a refund do not order if they work this out I will take this post down but don’t think they will
