Paid upfront for a service which I never received despite chasing multiple times. There are no contact details to complain to or a refund policy. Beyond disappointed as they promised the world when chasing for my money.

I recently decided to set up a website to sell my fitness programmes, but honestly, I had no idea where to start. Thankfully, I came across Mark from Elite design hub, who offered a very reasonable price to get everything up and running. From the beginning, I had a lot of questions. Probably more than most but Mark was incredibly patient and responsive. Every question I sent his way was answered promptly and clearly, which really helped put my mind at ease. Elite design hub designed our company's most recent website. We're a small shop (start-up) and didn't have a clear idea how to approach the build process but their team guided us, made recommendations and simplified the end-to-end process. They also stayed on top of us every few days to make sure things we're getting done on our end to get it launched in a timely manner (always tricky having multiple opinions among leadership). I won't hesitate to use their services again.

Do not use elite design hub! I put an ad on bark and got these jokers.Elite designed a simple site as expected and what I wanted. After the design I wanted to host the site myself but then informed I couldn’t only using their servers and dedicated hosting. Let’s say they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money! Be really careful! I’ve lost out and they will give you complete nonsense! Years of experience with limited reviews 🤔

I hired Elite Design Hub through bark.com to revamp my company website and logo. Their entire team were highly professional and creative. They did an amazing job with my brand. I am a non-technical person and don't have enough information about the IT industry, but they treated me well and gave extra attention to my requests. I am happy with the work and will continue working with them on my website's maintenance.
