I have been ordering from Elite Dispensary on a regular basis for more than two years and always found their products and service to be top tier. Recently there was an issue after I placed my order where they had run out of one of the products. Not only did they send me a note apologizing for the error, they expressed that if I would wait a couple of days they would fill my order and ship it out as quickly as possible and as ordered. Quite honestly this is always my preference. In the past I have found that online retailers will just substitute the product with something else, without saying anything or include an coupon to be used on my next order.
Not only did the products arrive as ordered and as they expressed, the products are again top tier and they included a few gifts as well for having to wait a couple of extra days. Very classy indeed.
I learned many years ago that issues are going to happen in life. What sets people and businesses apart is the way the issues are handled.
If your wondering if Elite Dispensary is the right dispensary for you, my experiences would say absolutely "yes"! 5 stars all day long!

Great product but slow getting confirmation of purchase and notification of it being mailed and tracking information but that will not stop me from buying from you guys again i like the product and the little bonus I always get with my order
