The coat fits well

The coat fits well. Is nicely made, however, the fur on the hood is really thin. Not thick and fluffy like the picture. I’m a little disappointed because that’s the reason I ordered it. Other than that it’s pretty and warm.

This company is so bad

This company is so bad. Delivery takes weeks not a few days. They don’t reply to emails when you request a refund. They are not cooperative and are complete liars. never shop with this company. they take your money and when you want it back they suddenly disappear . sent back my item on July 2nd. it is not november 3rd and still waiting for a refund. what a joke

WORST COMPANY EVER

If i could give minus stars i would, I ordered 2 dress back in MAY and still have not received my refund in OCTOBER.
These people do not reply to your emails so please avoid buying with these scammers.
They claimed they received the item and back tracked and asked for proof, why would i keep a receipt for 5 months? Don’t order with these they are a knock off verison in china, if you’re going to return ur items.

I would give Elixa no stars if I could…

I would give Elixa no stars if I could ordered items in July arrived 5 weeks after returned items via Evri as only way to track all the way back to China . Items not dispatched from uk , am now still waiting for 4 weeks after arrival in China
Customer service took up to a week to respond to my emails , all I was told was checking with logistics team cannot so refund even though they failed to dispatch and arrive within the time they said .
It is not worth the items or stress .
Do not use Elixa London !!!
Items ordered 23 June 2025arrived August and September 2025 still waiting for refund

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience! Do not use!!! I tried to return my order but they were not coming back to me until I reported it to my credit card provider and all of a sudden they started responding…
I think paid £25 to return the order back to China, I wish I hadn’t as now I am getting no response once again.

Ordered clothes in March - awful quality paid £20 to return to china, I have now waited 5 months for a refund - so slow in replying takes weeks and continually say they will get back to me once the refund is processed - clearly a scam disgusted

Disgusting experience

Awful experience. I left a previous review here for this company and 4 months later I am still in the same position. I sent the items totalling £70 back to their company and paid £25 postage for this as funnily enough they are a Chinese company NOT BASED IN LONDON. They assured me this postage cost would be covered in the full return. I sent these items back 3 months ago and I still have not received a penny back. The items are stuck at customs (there is another review that has said the same thing happened to them). Kate, their only customer service rep, has told me the warehouse has the items and they are being ‘checked’ before return can be given. How long does it take for two items to be ‘checked’ when I never even opened the parcel when it came as it was delivered 1 month past the date I actually needed it for. I am currently owed £95 from this disgusting company and they are being deliberately slow probably in hopes I will give up. I will not. How they feel this is okay behaviour towards people who took a chance on their scamming website is beyond me - you should all be ashamed of yourselves, you are morally bankrupt.

DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I ordered an item (not cheap) from elixa london and 3 weeks later still haven’t received it. Didn’t receive any emails about where the order was. I contacted them and got no response. I then went onto here and realised it’s a common theme. So if you see this, do not waste your money on this website. It’s scammy and it’s so infuriating.

Scam

Firstly, I didn’t enter my bank details and somehow the order was placed without my confirmation (it took me to another screen automatically). I then emailed immediately afterwards to request they cancel my order and don’t take the payment, I had no response for another 2 days which is when they said this wasn’t possible. My clothes then arrived and the quality is absolutely terrible. You can tell they have been made for about 20p in a factory somewhere. I then wanted to return these items but you have to send them back to China and pay for the return yourself, which added up to about £30 delivery fee. Absolute scam and do not recommend

Don’t order!

Firstly this is my first ever review on trust pilot I don’t usually do this but I feel this needs to be shared.

I ordered from Elixa London for the first time as it was advertised on tik tok and the pictures of the items I picked appeared to be of good quality and well advertised.

However, what Elixa London forget to mention is that they import their items from what appears on the map in the region of Africa & China so they are not items of London or their own hand made items. I have attached the photo on my profile. You would expect given the prices of the clothing and referring themselves as a unique company they wouldn’t be imported items.

When I ordered the item, luckily there was a sale on otherwise I was paying over £70 for a dress I later found much cheaper on Shein - around £15.

Whilst Kate has been very helpful and appreciative of her responsiveness, I feel the concerns raised in previous complaints have not been addressed. Long delivery times remains to be a theme with no change to improve the process. When you order from other fashion platforms you can do next day and have an estimated date of arrival even when you know it is international- this is not provided on this site. The tracking is also not the usual, it is a world map - moving from Africa, to China and who knows where is next! No estimated date of delivery and a long process to go through customs checks. I am yet to know which company is delivering my parcel or when it will be delivered - over a week on. Usually tracking is through better system that Elixa uses it.

The prices of the clothing at full price - I feel are an mis-sale considering there is no speciality to the order - shein do the same outfits for probably 80% cheaper. The same pictures/sale are on shein advertising the outfits which I later learnt. It remains unclear if they purchase from the same manufacturer.

I feel calling the business ‘Elixa London’ is a miss sale, when the items are internationally imported. Nothing about the site is within the United Kingdom or unique. No base for the company online - so who knows if this is London or not !?

I really liked the marketing from this website but I feel i have been fooled. This is their bio - Established in 2020, Elixa London, based in London, is all about standing out from the crowd and staying unique. In just a few years, the label became a leading global destination for the latest women’s fashion, offering bold and distinctive styles. Since 2020, Elixa London has been dedicated to creating unique, fashion-forward clothing for women.

However when orders are made from the origin of many other budget sites it does not make it unique and is not clothing created in London. I do note it refers to a global fashion company, I feel this is regarding the fact that their items are likely to be

It took 5 days for Instagram messages to be acknowledged and they have now not responded to my further feedback. When you have paid for an item you expect a service that provides assurance and response. You can’t choose to read the first messages and not resolve the chat in its entirety, people are paying your company & the poor process should be acknowledged - not the standard response - “ totally understand where you are coming from - “being clearer and you are working on it ” as you repeat the same response to other complaints yet do nothing about it!! This should be standard but likely evidencing where you are shipping your items from would not match your bio or prices.

Kate is a great member of their team supporting complaints, but I imagine Kate is apologising for the same problems in every order and as a business you are not making the changes to improve customer experience.

I don’t foresee that my clothing item that is £70 at normal price is anything unique and feel for those who have paid a lot of money and been let down which is clear from the reviews. Temu & shein feel on par with this site and do a better job of notifying of expected delivery date & transparency of the orders being international; and move alot quicker through to the UK

Listen to your customers and your rating will go up. I’m 8 days since ordering and remains to be making its way around China. Still no idea how it is being imported to the UK.

I wouldn’t order from here again unfortunately despite their pictures on their website marketing what seems to be lovely clothing.

I hope the wait and trouble of this is worth it!! Waiting over 2 weeks for a dress that still remains out of the UK seems excessive & not transparent on their website. They have no store in London so do not fall down the trap I did thinking this was supporting a UK small business.

Again I would like to thank Kate for her responses to my complaints and her agreements things need to be better. I’ve been advised it is being delivered before a certain date, but I am yet to see this on tracking.

I placed an order on the 24th Feb, weeks later items had not arrived so I contacted seller to cancel. They told me I could not cancel as the item was in transit. When the items finally arrived, they’re all very poor quality and cheaply made. To make matters worse, I paid £30 per item for 3 items, later found these on sale elsewhere for £9 apiece.
I sent my return on the 26th March (the day I received them) with 10-12 day Royal Mail shipping. It cost me £30 to make the return.
I write this review on the 16th June. It’s now been 4 months since the initial purchase, my item is stuck at customs and I’m £120 worse off.
Absolute daylight robbery. Do not waste your time nor money on these thieves.

SCAMMERS, FAKE SITE

SCAMMERS.
Spent nearly £300 on dresses. Half didn't come, half came and was terrible quality so asked for a refund. They said they would refund me and it’s been 3 weeks now with no response and no refund. Complete rubbish and will be pursuing a claim against them as I work in the legal system. Do NOT trust them.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with!
Delivery was 2 weeks late, returned beginning of April and still NOT received a refund!
Contacted over 100 times now and received nothing back.

Do not trust this company. Had to receive and return goods to China!
