Absolutely one of the worst companies we've ever dealt with. They completely destroyed most of our plants due to extremely poor maintenance. When we confronted them about the issue, they admitted fault but refused to take any responsibility for replacing the damaged plants at their expense.

What’s most frustrating is that these plants were less than 3 months old. Now, we’re left with the burden of replacing everything ourselves — costing us a significant amount of time and money.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. It's truly disappointing to experience this kind of service, especially when the company openly acknowledges their mistakes but refuses to be accountable.

Please help them with your donations and charity just like I have made with my 1 month salary in Holy month of Ramadan as they deserve it a lot. Worst experience of my life with such a fraudulent, liar and cheaters even including the owner the biggest cheater.

I don't recommend this company. They are a bunch of liars that wants to make as much money as they can off you.

Really disappointed and annoyed with Elkin corp services.I hired them to build a swimming pool, expecting professional service and quality workmanship, but unfortunately, they fell short.
They are extremely unprofessional and have the worst customer service ever.

Umair's customer service at Elkin Corp Swimming Pool Company left much to be desired. During my experience, communication was poor; he often failed to return calls or respond to messages in a timely manner. When it came to installing our new pool, deadlines were consistently missed, leading to significant delays in the project.

Moreover, the quality of work was subpar—equipment was installed incorrectly, causing additional issues shortly after. When I raised my concerns, Umair's response was dismissive and unhelpful, making me feel frustrated and undervalued as a customer. This experience was disappointing and turned my dream pool into a regrettable ordeal.
