Would highly recommend Elliott Jarvis Cars, I had been looking around for a couple of weeks after my car had been written off in an accident, Steve was one of the few salesmen that actually acknowledged that the car was for me and I was paying for it not my husband so actually asked me what I wanted and gave me some choices, such an easy and simple experience picked the car Friday and collected it on the Wednesday, the kids and I love it. Great service from start to finish nothing was to much bother

Elliot Jarvis were friendly, responsive and professional throughout our entire experience with them. They made the process of buying a car feel easy, making us feel like we were very much in control of the decision-making with no pressure. They were very knowledgable offering advice around the car itself alongside purchase information that enabled us to help make a decision. They were easy to communicate with, friendly and made everything very straightforward- we would highly recommend using them to others and would use them in the future again too.

We strongly recommend Elliott Jarvis. We were offered hot drinks in a really relaxed pressure free environment. Steve handed us the keys and just left us to explore the car then encouraged us to test drive the car as a family with the car seats installed. There was no sales pitching or pressure, just a genuine review of the car from personal experience.

I can’t express in words how amazing this company is. I have always had my reservations about car sales however these guy’s completely change my look on that so helpful friendly reliable and really went above and beyond. After having our car wrote off and the money hitting my account I found the car I wanted and Matt was just brilliant and within less than 24 hours I had collected my car he made the whole experience so flawless and easy. Would definitely buy from here again!

Steve give 5 Star service from start to finish, no pushy sales pitch just help when needed. Test driving multiple cars by myself!, finance sorted easily and fair part ex.
The car got a new MOT and full service prior to sale, I also took out 3 years warranty which is excellent value for money.

Fantastic service, both gentleman could not do enough for us and were Incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. The 12 months warranty gave me peace of mind and the cars all had a 12 months clean MOT and serviced, my husband and I ended up buying two cars from them and would definitely go back when the time comes for an upgrade.
