EPC rating was a D when assessor explained a C time of visit.
No ID showed or offered, only when customer asks.
(breaching Code of conduct)
Raised complaint with Elmhurstenergy who regulate the EPC assessors.

Gave them all the evidence they needed to re sort my epc rating. They said insulation isn't part of the assessor's job so why do they mark it done then. 2nd Mark Tebbatt emailed me and not only just told me i don't live where I live but called the photo's fake of the place where i live.

After 6 years CHS certificate provided by Elmhurst Energy was withdrawn for my property when I asked how it was possible to issue a CHS certificate for unhabitable property without the Approved Building Drawings as Built.
Response:
"... This left us no alternative but to fully withdraw the certificate, meaning there is no rating awarded to the property at all, for Code for Suitable Homes."

I am also awaiting any feedback regarding the EPC certificate issues from this company.

I appointed a recommended Energy Performance Cetificate agent to provide an EPC for my home. He was accredited by Elmhurst Energy to whom the EPC certificate states any issues take it up with them. The agent made errors in producing the EPC. Unfortunately taken seriously ill and no longer able to respond, I reverted to Elmhurst for explanation of how 3 adjacent terraced properties (mine in the middle) MAY achieve different maximum values (by applying ALL the recommended changes to improve EPC rating.) Mine was 83 and the neighbours 87 and 89. Score variations from a suggested up lift to an actual uplift needed explaining too. Despite emailling and phoning (its urgent for me to understand) to confirm my email and to see if I could achieve answers straightaway. I have received no email reply and was fobbed off on the phone (as a pre-cursor to a potential email reply) with the explanation to the differences as "its to do with the current cost of energy now!" To me this has to be wrong - a house is efficient or not. Energy prices should not affect efficiency!
