Ordered a sweater but did not look like pic. Took me several times to get answers on my order. It came and wasn’t what I expected. Told me they would send me $6 and I could keep it. Lost $50. I don’t know where they are based out of but the responses tell me from another country. Bad PR. Don’t buy.

I bought a pair of boots from this company. The material and workmanship is totally inferior. I have written numerous times that I want to send these back and get a refund. I keep getting a message that it will be forwarded and have a nice life. I can kiss my $80 goodbye.

Unfortunately it took about 4 weeks for the order to arrive. The quality is fine but the shipping time was way outside what should have been a normal timeframe.

Ordered 3 things, none of which fit properly, when I contacted them reference how to return, I was told I could only return for a different size, I didn't want a different size, they were cheaply made and didn't fit properly, the cost of 3 items was $93 US, I asked if I could have a credit, but no, they don't give credits but they would reimburse me $15 and I could keep the items. They went into the recycle bin and will never order again.

I ordered 3 items, 2 jackets and a sweater. After several weeks I was told the jackets wouldn’t be ready for several more weeks. I canceled the jackets but kept the sweater. I do like the sweater but I probably won’t order from Elogy again because of the many delays.

On time delivery with good tracking information. Items were good quality and true size.

Beware of the fine print. You CANNOT RETURN anything unless the item is damaged. All 4 of the items I ordered arrived perfectly and all 4 were too large. I am now left with expensive clothing that I cannot wear because I didn't read the fine print in the return policy. Do not order unless your 100% sure the clothing will fit you.

Everything ordered fit even better than expected. Very comfortable and good quality.

I love the jacket which is a bit small. I contacted the company and they’re sending me the next size and said I can keep this one. I just need to pay the postage.

Items ordered are what I received. Customer service let me know via email that one item was not in stock. They asked whether I wanted the rest of the order delivered or did I want to wait until all items were in stock. I opted for the items delivered and not to wait. So nice to have this option.

Both sweater and top fit well and the quality is excellent. They are exactly as they appear in photos.

I was a little apprehensive ordering from some place I had never heard of but you proved you were true! Found what I have been looking a long time for! Checkout was quick and easy and was delivered in a reasonable time. Will definitely shop here again!

The shirts I ordered fit well and are super cute. If I had questions they responded quickly. I look forward to ordering more shirts.
