It took nearly a month to arrive and so far I’ve not seen any improvement in the skin condition. The cream was advertised as turning to a talc on the skin, not in my experience. It’s also very greasy. It was also very expensive. From my experience of this product so far, I would not recommend purchasing it….

The product is good and works well especially with the heat we have had lately in the Uk. It is good for preventing those red spots in the body creases. I was,and maybe I did not read the small print, surprised the distance it came from and length of time it took to get here. Yes I would probably buy it again but will look for a UK supplier if possible

Although my first order went awry, customer services could not have been more helpful, and a new delivery was arranged and arrived as expected.

Very easy to order. Product works. In the very hot summer we are having the product works. Read that someone didn’t like the smell but I think it is fine

The Elora cream was fantastic to stop the itching and the pain, but it would not clear it up completely. It was a relief to use the cream to get some ease but I think there was just to much to clear it up and I needed a steroid cream. I would recommend this cream to get some relief from the condition.

Letter sent to Elora

Despite prior notification that substituting three tubes of Elora Intertrigo Relief Cream for South Moon Interreigo Relief Cream would not be accepted, the South Moon items were nevertheless delivered to me today.

The reason for refusing this substitution was, upon further examination, I found that various brands of Intertrigo creams exist on the market, in almiost identical packaging and contain very similar ingredients. However, the Elora brand emerges as the most expensive priced at £11.65 per 30g tube, as detailed in my attached invoice. An equivalent product in nearly identical packaging can be purchased from Amazon at a price of £4.94 per 30g tube.

Consequently, as stated in my email dated 21st August, I reiterate my request for a refund of £38.63, to be issued within seven days, i.e 1st September 2026.

Should I not receive this refund, I will escalate the matter and pursue it through my bank.

I didn’t have high expectations of this product because I have tried others but am delighted that it seems to work. I also had what I thought was a sort of acne in my cleavage but this cream had cured that too. Tiny tubes of cream but they will last a long time as you only need a very small amount.

I have NEVER experienced a cream like this (and I have used many)! I was skeptical at first, but I am SO glad I ordered it, and began using it. Due to having had numerous surgeries I had ‘pockets’ where I got chafing. Well, no more problems with that. I have even put in a subsequent order, so that I don’t run out and I can truly recommend this cream to others!

Another one who received South Moon which I could have bought at a fraction of the price. I always say I won’t get conned again but here I am. The thing is, I checked Elora’s score on Trustpilot before ordering but of course there’s another company called Elora with high scores. This is ‘Eloracircle’ which I didn’t realise until I looked again to add my review. Such a con.

No sooner had I placed my order, I got an email saying that I wouldn't be receiving what I ordered. Reviews on product received are dire. Classic bait and switch scam.

I was also sent South Moon, but am not too upset at getting conned again, as this is a classic bait and switch. It doesn't matter how clever you are or how much research is done, this oldie but goodie has a high percentage win. Thanks to PayPal, they were forced to communicate and offer me a solution. I refused the full refund as I would have to return the goods. PayPal stepped in and refunded me themselves.

As mentioned in other reviews, the cream I received was not what I ordered. It was branded as South Moon, not Elora, although the packaging appeared to be identical apart from the brand name. . Its ingredients, although similar were not the same , and I found it did not have the effect I was expecting from the marketing, it was sticky and smelt awful. I have taken this up with customer services, was offered a partial refund which had not appeared yet, almost three weeks in. I ordered from Elora Circle and think I’ve been done!

Like others scammed out of my money by this company. Sending South Moon moisturiser instead of the proper Rlora cream. Do not buy. Will be disputing this with credit card company..

Even one star is too much. As others have said, it's South Moon not Elora. Surely this should be looked into with so many people getting scammed by this false advertising. I stupidly bought it and soon regretted it once arrived and saw it wasn't what I thought it was. It didn't dry as advertised so a total waste of money. Anyone reading be warned and stay clear of this company.

Surprise surprise. Just had an email saying they have issues due to high demand and it will be shipped in different product packaging. No doubt another Facebook scam which Facebook will do absolutely nothing about when reported.
