I ordered the LED face therapy mask from Eluraskin, when inputting my details, I accidentally filled in my mobile number incorrectly, with one of the digits being incorrect.
From my very first email to them advising of this error and asking for help with updating my details, the customer service has been outstanding. Amal was so helpful, reassuring, kind and knowledgeable, always responding promptly and answering all the questions I had. I am super happy with the customer service experience.
I cannot wait to receive the products so I can start using them and experiencing the benefits.

I recently tried the Elauraskin collagen mask together with the red light mask and I’m honestly impressed. After the first use, my skin felt very hydrated, smoother, and more refreshed. The collagen mask gives an instant glow and plumping effect, which is great before going out.
