From beginning to unboxing, a flawless transparent and assuring transaction. Open communication. Questions answered immediately. Human beings not machines or firm email responses. COA in the box and through a company based in the US. Verifiable results and scientist signatures on the COA. The packaging is amazing as well. I hope it's not costing too much. Shady
Elutide seemed very promising when I first checked them out, but when asked about endotoxin test results (which are not on the website, or if they are, I can’t find them), I got no answer. Tried the chat feature multiple times as well as email and text. I also inquired in a comment on one of their Facebook ads and although they have not answered me, they’ve answered several other people’s questions and comments. For a company that is presenting itself as being super transparent and upfront, this is undeniably shady.
UPDATE: in response to Elutide’s response: I followed both links and there are no endotoxin testing results on their COAs from Horizon Labs (MS/HPLC only), or in their research section. Not sure what else to say. I shouldn’t have to work this hard to get some simple info. I will not be emailing them again.
