I have after 2 weeks felt like I'm stupid, ignored, and have been spoken down to on multiple occasions. The course itself has battered my mental health, I felt I couldn't seek help or support from the discord group and have complete lost all trust and confidence in myself on the course. I have been left feeling like it was a mistake to trust the company. Firstly, the first meeting upon signing up never happened for me, I waited around the full 30 minutes on the call, sent out emails to see if something had happened and to see if they were going to reschedule etc, got no response, the next day I finally hear back that there was an issue and that they we're going to reschedule but there was 0 suitable times for myself (me being from UK and the course being delivered from USA), I reached out to support and already felt uncomfortable with taking the class but was convinced to just give the class a go and if i still felt uncomfortable after a week I could request to leave. I attended the first class and there was lots of encouragement in that first meeting with the teachers and it was incredible to meet the faces of some of the people to get involved with, the 2nd class was missed due to an emergency family situation and no support to catch up was provided, the discord group has a mixture of people but most were ex or current college students and most had no time for those with little to no art class experience (it is not a beginner friendly environment), I raised concerns again but got ignored, I decided to try again with the next class and the class itself was ok, but the project needed to be completed was art college level, again it's not beginner friendly, specific books were heavily needed and referred to which made it impossible to do the course without purchasing the additional materials which for someone like me, disabled, unemployed and low benefit income meant going without dinners for myself for a few days just to be able to buy the necessary materials. Even after all this I found that with my dyslexia, mild learning difficulties and mental health difficulties support wasn't there. Instead the only real support I ever got was from a couple of other students and even then most other students made me consistently feel stupid for not understanding what needed to be done, it started pulling on my mental health and I did my best to hold on. The 4th class came along and it got significantly overwhelming, I felt I couldn't ask for help because I felt like I would just be made to be stupid again, I acknowledged that the environment was making me lose confidence in myself to try, the course material made no sense to me as most of it required visualisation, something I physically cannot do as my mind has no ability to form pictures or images, I attempted to reach out to support once again and just got ignored. I have now walked away from the discord group after being put into a mental spiral where the darker thoughts have become significantly difficult to ignore (I'm on phones trying to get help as body is shaking, i'm in tears and quite frankly don't want to be around anymore) and feel like I was taken advantage of.

I just finished the COO course. I really enjoyed my experience, the lesson plans and resources are really thorough. The team is really helpful. It was super intensive so ensure you have enough time to get everything done.

Its not a sham, they actually give you your money's worth. I recommend

Great online course! The amount of in depth is very good. And i really liked the business insights from the teacher his perspective.

Solid course. There is so much noise and companies vying for your attention as a creative. It's really important to me personally that I have guidance when trying to discover new methods of doing my work, so the Ai-aided graphic design course at ELVTR really helped me sift through that to find a few key solutions to design issues. It really makes a difference.

Had a fantastic experience with this course. Keep in mind that since this is led by an industry professional in a field of your choosing, the quality of this course hinges strongly on ensuring that your instructor's work/career aligns with what you hope to get out of the course. The program manager (ours was Sabina) is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the duration of the course.

I took the Game Composition course with Peter McConnell. It was setup similar to a college course, in that there are graded assignments and a final grade that will determine which of two certificates you receive. There are stakes and merit for doing the work, which led to a real-world-esque project. It was not necessary to purchase anything, though if you do none of it is through ELVTR (at least it wasn't through this course). Great course, great company - will take classes with them again.

Great course! I highly recommend the Elvtr AI Governance course taught by Anna Bethke to anyone looking to develop a practical understanding of AI governance and responsible AI. I especially appreciated the insights that I gained from the live instruction, peer collaboration, and instructor office hours.

I strongly recommend this course for its excellent mix of content, practical exercise and skills that can be gained in a short period of time. Instead of going through a long winded course , this is a quick start that will help you make a beginning in what will often be a long journey (but you feel more equipped and confident, having gone through this process)

This turned out to be a unique experience for me!
I was really afraid to get started, because you don’t always know if it’s right for you or not! But things worked out so that I ended up buying this course—and it was definitely worth it!
I received a looooot of important information, and most importantly, it was presented in such an accessible way that from the very first lessons, I knew exactly what I wanted to do next.
There’s no doubt that the instructors do a tremendous job, imparting knowledge with such effortless ease.
I’ll definitely recommend this school to others, and I’ll take the courses again myself!

Really well made course, easy to follow, great structure and support. Totally worth it and I would also come back to do another program with them.

Do not take the Data Analysis in Healthcare Course taught by Jesse Andrist through ELVTR. You would learn more by watching YouTube videos or using AI to create data sets for you to explore/ work on on your own. In fact, the instructor actually advises students to use AI to learn. The assignments in the class will not prepare you adequately. I am half way done the class and have learned more through independent work than with this class. Do not waste your money on this class.

The collaborative nature of the class (both with the instructor and my classmates) has greatly impacted my ability to compile and absorb the new knowledge I’ve been receiving. The class discord and the Q&A/Office Hours segment of the live classes have helped me learn about different things I would never have thought to ask about. I feel like that access has made it much easier to do well in my assignments. The ELVTR team has made communication easy with their fast email response times and dedication to student support. I would recommend taking classes with ELVTR to anyone.

This is course is bad in many ways. This is not a scam but I feel scammed. Let me elaborate...

This course was created for "every level", thus it is for nobody in practicular. Newcomers will be overwhelmed by all the information but for someone with a knowledge on a topic, will have a very shallow experience.

Assigments are confusing... You'll have a hangouts with the most general outlines or small hints and you need to do the task. Instructor never show how to do this task in lecture, the lecture is always just a general overview of the topic. You need to rely on google, AI, YouTube, etc. to feel all the gaps.
No nuansces, no workflow insights.

This is not a course to teach and learn, this is a course to give you an overview of the role, and for the price given - it feels like I've been scammed.

General rule that I made on this course - never trust courses that should be advanced but promoted as for every level.

Course on Product Management with Swaroop Desai was an enlightening session.

This course is worth ten times the cost. Instrumental to success in the age of AI

Having Tom have so much editing experience and really breaking down all aspects of what to do has been incredibly helpful. I went into the class knowing a handful of tips and tricks to actually feeling confident I could make this a new career path.

I completed the course Editor in Book Publishing with Tom Hoeler last week, and I felt it was a great experience. Everything was organized and purposeful with intent and connection to the role of an editor in publishing for books. It was aimed at fiction, as non-fiction is a different area for study as an editor. I loved every moment and I highly recommend.
