Very disappointing customer service – Unfair return policy

I had a very disappointing experience with Elyana & Co. I ordered several items from two separate orders and contacted customer service within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period to return the items that did not suit me.

However, I was told that I could only receive a maximum refund of 20% because the items were discounted. I find this unfair and unacceptable, as a company’s terms and conditions should not override mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law.

My issue remains unresolved, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. I recommend carefully checking the return policy before ordering. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

J’ai commandé une veste qui a pris plus de 3 semaines à arriver et elle ne correspond pas du tout aux photos qu’on peut voir sur le site.

The shipping took over 2 weeks. The jacket has a very poor quality and there are stains on the jacket.

I didn’t receive my package and there is no update for almost two weeks! Very frustrating

Leider ist die Ware immer noch nicht da, obwohl angeblich Express Versand angekündigt wurde. Es sind jetzt 14 Tage rum und immer noch nicht da!!!

I never receive my package … nobody answer me …very bad no buying there , everything is on aliexpress

Delivery is a disatser. They say 5-7 business days which is a lie. i‘ve been waiting for almost 14 days. they say they answer in 24 hours which is also a lie. i wrote them 3 emails for the first one i had to wait 2-3 days for a answer and for the other ones none at all. very poor customer service.

Het e-mailadress op de website klopt niet. ik wou namelijk de 2 jurken die ik had besteld terugsturen. Er stond geen adres zodat k het pakketje kon retourneren. Ook geen telefoonnummer die k kon bereiken. Ik heb meerdere mailtjes gestuurd naar het bedrijf en heb tot heden nog steeds geen antwoord. Ik raad niemand aan om hier te bestellen.
