Nightmare customer service. Ordered mid November and still waiting for them to arrive and just keep being fobbed off with still in transit. Have asked for a refund but they just skirt around answering or agreeing to refund me. I ordered a bag coming from same country 2 weeks after this and this was delivered this week! I will be trying to get money back via card company instead. Totally rubbish!!!

I bought those ear buds after Bose sleep buds were discontinued. Hoping to get something similar . BUT those Elyra buds are very difficult to operate, pair or return, if you like me wanted to return these. They first refused and wanting to send me a replacement. I had to submit a video of proof they dont work, which was stupid. Then finally they give me the return info and ask me to pay for the. Shipping to China!!! It’s more than they are worth.

Sadly I’m not impressed. Ordered one set expecting one free one as offered with Black Friday sales and after quite some time the parcel arrived and only one set. They now they say if you want a free one you have to reorder annd pay for another one! I don’t want 3 sets!!! Too bad, will never consider this company again.

I purchased 2 pairs as they were 1/2 price & it was buy 1 get 1 free. As an owner of the Bose sleepbuds which were great, I thought these would be a good alternative. Charged to full capacity but was rudely awakened 5 hours later with 2 loud beeps per bud followed by the words powering down. Pretty bloody unimpressed! They do not last all night as advertised or block out all noise. They also left my ears a little sore. Not as good as they they say they are! Very disappointing as had high hopes for these

I wish I had read the reviews before buying! I’ve given 2 stars because I did receive the sleep earbuds and they do work - sort of! The instructions are minimal but I did manage to pair them. Unfortunately there is zero noise cancelling which is kind of the point of sleep earbuds. I also found them really uncomfortable. I do have a number of piercings but this has never been an issue with any other earbuds I have tried. It took me 5 emails before I got an address to return the product,
the company kept offering discounts if I kept them. I then paid a ridiculous amount to post them back and no sign of a refund as yet. I think they are held up in customs in China somewhere.
I am anticipating that, by the time they arrive, I will be told I am out of time for a refund! I hope this review saves someone else from wasting their money!

Cheating and sham! The cheapest in-ear headphones on the market. They give one (one headphone) in the price! That is, you receive one unit for the left ear and one for the right, i.e. an ordinary set of headphones. NOT two sets, which must be assumed to be necessary if you want to keep snoring out! For laughs - and FALSE marketing.
That Shopify wants to have such a store on their platform is incredible. But now that I have reported the store to Shopify, we will see if they take care of this scam company!

I responded to an ad with a two for one offer on Elyra pro earbuds. Paid £50. Order was not delivered. So after 3 weeks I asked for refund. They ignored request and sent out one pair of cheap earbuds (poor sound, tiny battery). Refusing refund as they claim order was only for one set of earbuds.

Do not fall for the marketing. This company claims to have "invented" the "SnoozePods Pro," calling it a "2025 Innovation." This is false.

I paid £50 and received a box of generic "M73 TWS" headphones. These are a cheap, white-label product available on AliExpress and eBay for around £3–£5. They are not a premium brand; this is a classic dropshipping bait-and-switch.

When I contacted them to return the items because they were not as described (miss-sold), they ignored UK Consumer Law. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and demanded I ship the items to an address in China at my own expense. They then tried to offer a 30% "partial refund" to make me go away.

I have reported them to my credit card provider for a full chargeback. Save your money and buy the generic version elsewhere for £5 if you really want them, but do not buy from this website.

The product is cheap and does not work at all. You end up fighting with customer service for months with nothing resolved. They end up asking you to send the product back to China before they will issue a refund. Terrible company to deal with. Save your money and do not order these sleep buds. If I could leave a negative star I would.

Review of Elyra Sleep Buds: A Cautionary Tale

I recently purchased the Elyra Sleep Buds based on their enticing online advertisement, which showcased premium features and quality. However, upon receiving the product, it became abundantly clear that the reality did not match the expectations set by the misleading advertisement.

Firstly, the buds are not the advertised product but rather a generic brand with a paltry 25mAh capacity. This is completely insufficient for blocking out noise, such as snoring or birds chirping, rendering them virtually useless for their intended purpose. Disappointed, I promptly requested a return authorization to send the unopened, sealed item back to their Australian warehouse.

To my astonishment, Elyra Sleep informed me that returns could only be directed to China, incurring an exorbitant return shipping fee of $98.20. This practice seems not only unreasonable but also deliberately deceptive. Adding to my frustration, I learned that returns to their Chinese warehouse frequently result in claims of non-receipt or additional customs duties, which can deny refunds altogether.

It begs the question: how can Elyra Sleep ship products from Australia to New Zealand but refuse to accept returns to the same location? Their process raises serious concerns about their customer service ethics and integrity as a business. Instead of addressing my reasonable complaint, they opted for a generic response, indicating they had closed my case without genuine engagement or resolution.

Having paid a total of $118 NZD for these subpar and misrepresented goods, I feel cheated and frustrated. The quality of these sleep buds is worth no more than $10, which reflects the dishonest practices of this company.

I urge potential customers to reconsider before buying Elyra Sleep Buds or any products from BC Brands R. Support for businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and ethical practices is crucial. Avoid Elyra Sleep Buds—this experience has been a clear indication of how they treat their customers once the sale is made.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
The biggest load of rubbish was delivered. Not a trademarked SnoozePod Pro as per their sleek advert, but a pair of TWS M73 $5 ear buds from AliExpress. No noise cancelling and no 30dB snoring supression. They also don't honour their 100 "risk free" trial, it's just another ploy to get you to buy thinking you will be safe, YOU WILL NOT! When you explain to them they are breaching the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and ask for a pre-paid envelope to return the rubbish they have delivered, they tell you it is your responsibility to pay for the return (completely incorrect). Basically, they don't give a s**t once they have your money. Save yourself a lot of grief and DON'T BUY!

WARNING:
I have ordered goods from Elyra Sleep which were not delivered despite claims that they were to be delivered by certain international delivery services, these international companies had no knowledge of any order. An auto computer generated message replied to all complaints. I am reporting them to the police.

What a load of rubbish basically was conned by flashy socials can’t believe I fell for it eventually received a 30% refund after weeks of trying to return. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS UTTER SCAM🤬

Avoid at all costs. The "Bose engineers" apparently designed the Sleep-optimized M73 TWS Bluetooth Earphones which you receive. These are cheap knock-offs available on Alibaba for less than $10. Their Trustpilot reviews are fraudulent. Contacted for refund and called out their scam and it's gone all quiet. Will revert to my bank to see if I can recover.

Do not buy from this company! The earbuds are a cheap, generic make, definitely NOT as advertised. They have zero noise cancelling, after charging the sound only came out of one earpiece and was very bad quality sound. These are definitely not fit for purpose and they should not be allowed to advertise them the way they do. DO NOT TOUCH THESE as customer service is rubbish and you won’t get anything back.

False company with false claims and lies on their website; these headphones are a random generic, cheap and poorly made set of ear buds that offer ZERO active noise cancelling.
I have also just realised that while they offer a '100day trial' the headphones must be returned within 30days.
I have had no response to my repeated emails to date so doubt I will be able to return them within the 30days thus likely lose my £50.
Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague

As others have said, (a) I wish I had read their reviews before buying and (b) the product isn't fit for purpose.
Pressure sale technique of offer ends today, which then renews for another full day and so on.
Two weeks to deliver.
The ear pods didn't work at all.
Numerous ridiculous (AI?) emails in which they clearly stated they would give a full refund if I sent them a photo or video of it not working.
When I sent the video of it doing nothing, they offered 15% refund. When I told them their reply was illegal, they offered a full refund which I have now received.

Halloween action is 2 for 1 but you only recieve one pair. The buds are fake, you can buy t lhe TWS earbuds for 10 euro on Aliexpress. This is a scam.

I didn’t think I could feel any more ripped off by this company but then having to give them even 1 star as a review… that’s 1 star too much!
This is a scam company. Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service. The ear buds are very cheap, poor quality and don’t work. Trying to return them for a refund is nigh-on impossible. Please don’t be a mug like me and fall for this rip-off.
