This customer service I received regarding a damaged order was great. Overall my satisfaction level with Elyxr is probably 4 stars. It seems like they must only ship once per week. Even if I pay for priority shipping it still takes the same amount of time. And regardless of when I order l, it always ships the same day.

Well I figured I'd give this company a shot and put in an order and then read all these negative reviews and my heart sank. I don't like losing money or being ripped off by scammers.... But anyway I order on 3-10-26 a tracking number was created with USPS on 3-11-26 and I watched the tracker religiously waiting for it to move and it did and seamed like it was taking forever! Low and behold my package was delivered today 3-13-26 so.... Yeah it took only two days so I'm giving stars here. I don't write reviews unless I think it's deserved. Now as long as it works and tastes good I'll be back.😎😎😎

Give second chances
My rating for my first delivery was 5 stars for sure. Fast and good product. My second experience was not as great, but a CSR by the name of Chase did everything plus some yo help me. Christmas time is usually a joyous time, but this past Christmas it seems I may have had some evil little elves (human beings) around my neighborhood taking things that weren’t theirs. I had some packages that said they were delivered but weren’t there when I went to get them. My second order with this company was one that went missing. I reached out but never got a response( to my knowledge) from the company. It probably went to my spam folder because my CSR was able to show me that someone did respond to my email. I was pretty upset thinking that I was never going to have this situation remedied, but Chase emailed me back quickly each time, was patient, kind, and helped me get a solution. If something goes wrong with your order, I hope you get Chase to help you. I am forever grateful for this experience because it also taught me to not assume. Thanks again Chase! You helped me a great deal!!

Products good, shipping is awful
Elyxr products are great. No complaints there. The shipping and order fulfillment is awful. Unfortunately, living in CO, I don’t have a ton of choices to get products sent to my area. Elyxr does ship here though so I thought, “Great! This will be my new go-to” All but one order of mine has been smooth and delivered fairly quickly.. One time, my order was never fulfilled at all but it was paid for so when they realized it hadn’t been packaged or shipped, there was no apology or sense of urgency to right a wrong. Another time, the order took 2 weeks, and most recently, I’m checking the tracking and it’s currently saying my package is supposed to arrive tonight by 9pm an it’s showing that it was in Denver 2 days ago (makes sense) and that it is now in VA?! If it’s in VA, it’s definitely not going to be here today and why on the world did it go to VA when it was literally 4 hours away from my home 2 days ago? They don’t keep good track of shipping and making sure customers get their orders in a timely fashion and to me, that’s bad business. No discounts or even an apology when your waiting way longer than just about any other place I used to be able to order from. And I have to suck it up because I don’t have a wide range of options. If you live where they aren’t trying to shut the industry down, order from somewhere else to ensure you have what you need in a reasonable time period.

Great selection and the cheapest prices I've found. Also nobody can complain about a free gift. Slowest company ever
Placed an order and 5 days later they emailed me and told me my product was out of stock. I told them I was willing to switch the flavor and waited almost 3 weeks before it was shipped.
